The delivery was efficient and arrived quite quickly after the order was placed. I have only tried two of the wines, so cannot comment on the whole range, but those I’ve tried are what I’d hoped for and expected. Would I re-order, yes very likely.

Right product. Wrong gift message. Someone else’s Father’s Day was messed up - and ours was slightly affected. Sounds like a minor whinge - but Vinatis messed my previous order too. Charged for two bottles of M&C 2012 vintage and sent two L&P Brut bottles. Again - tasty wine (not opened yet but have had before) but £16 a bottle cheaper meaning I’m still £32 down... nearly another bottle of L&P... not that I want it. Repeatedly disappointing service. Still waiting in customer service replies to queries. Not sure I want to give Vinatis a third chance - but we shall see.

My 5th consignment of 12 mixed red, white and rose wine, easy to order and reasonable delivery time considering the current lockdown situation. The wine is very good.

The second order in a row was a disaster. I didn’t receive the wine I ordered, but a different wine. I have contacted customer service twice in the last three days and have yet to receive a reply. Thoroughly disappointed!
