Finding good boxed French wine in the UK was not easy until I discovered Vinatis. Now it's a piece of cake.

Apart from the payment not being registered and then having to go through the re-order process, everything was fine - although it was initially a little perturbing when the first delivery arrived, which was four bottles short! The second delivery came a few days later though, phew!

Great range of super value, quality wines. Vinatis is now a bookmark!

Great service as always, good choice of wines available at good prices. Orders are delivered quite quickly by DPD which is great as their communication is best!

I wouldn’t use again. I bought six wines for a tasting and only two were true to type in my opinion. My wine tasting friend agreed. 4/6 can be drunk happily as plonk (by that I mean they taste ok in their own right) but they aren’t good examples of their grape varieties. If they were £5-7 a bottle I’d be ok with that, but they aren’t bargain basement wines. I don’t understand why the reviews are so good. I am sorry to be writing this, I tend to see the good in things so this is unusual for me.

Ordered on the 10th of May still waiting on the 22nd! No comment from the company or explanation!!

Decent wine and fair service. Only complaint is that the Cotes du Rhone turned out to be 15%. I don't usually buy wines above 13.5 and 15 is far too much. I wouldn't have ordered it had I realised.

Good service but the wine delivered does not appear to have been stored correctly. The corks are so dry they disintegrate when trying to remove them.

I've ordered before and had a great experience. However, recently I ordered two six bottle cases and they were sent separately (for some reason). The courier delivered one no problem, but the other is recorded as delivered and I haven't received it. I've contacted Vinatis twice but they haven't got back to me. I just want the wine I ordered and paid for. Their lack of response disturbs me. Tell me where my wine is, send me more, or give me my money back!

Amazing wines. Vinatis need to consider changing their courier though...

Quality wee cases arrived promptly. Let's see how the wine tastes. It's hot smoked salmon soon...hope the sauvignon lives up to the quality of the fish....

Excellent service on champagne. However, had to order 7 bottles to get free postage, then the order was split into 6 and 1, and delivered separately! Needs some thought, guys.

Ordered red wine from Chile as a birthday present.It arrived very quickly and in very good condition.I am very pleased with this company!

I know these are difficult times. But this company is based in France. And if it can't offer any customer service and if it can only ship in fragile boxes via DPD, it really should stop marketing in the UK. I ordered two cases of wine from them. Both were late. Both were packed in flimsy boxes. The first set of wines that arrived were broken. I've now been trying for three weeks to contact Vinatis, and all I get is some machine translated Franglais that doesn't solve the issue, issue a refund, etc.

I ordered at short notice for a birthday present and was concerned that the quoted delivery date would mean it arriving several days after the event. I needn't have worried, it arrived on the birthday even though it was a Saturday. I was delighted with this service and the great selection of wines.
