We’ve placed 3 substantial orders, all delivered in the time stated and have been delicious!

Having paid nearly £200 over 2 weeks ago. the wine was sent but never left France and thus never delivered to us.i would love to try the wine but the 3 cases never arrived. they were returned to vinatis who then asked us if we wanted a refund on our returned order you cannot phone and speak to anyone i have no information on what is happening now. They have our money and we don't have our wine what a shambles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We took a chance and bought 36 bottles on special at 6 pounds, 2019 award winning and almost to good for daily table ....

I've been asked to review but my order has not been delivered and no response from Vinatis. DPD has said it's been 'disposed of' but still no order for me, no answer to my emails, and NO WINE :( - have updated my review, as Vinatis have got in touch and are sending a replacement! I really hope DPD don't 'dispose' of it this time... funny how it's mainly alcoholic orders which go missing with this courier. We also had a beer order from DPD just disappear in transit.... yet the boring home/diy orders turn up every time.

I wish I had read the reviews before placing a second order with VinatisUK. Our first order comprised five cases, but only three cases arrived. We emailed Vinatis, and after several days delay the other two arrived, but we had no contact from Vinatis to advise they were coming. My review said we would give Vinatis another chance, because we liked the products. Our second order was made up of three cases. Two were fine, one case was very wet, we told the delivery driver we thought there was a broken bottle inside, he denied this and said the case was "just wet". We opened this case before letting him go, and sure enough there was a broken bottle. We told him to take away the whole delivery, he said he could not, that we should contact Vinatis and they would replace within "a couple of days". This case also has two bottles of the wrong wine, the one supplied is much cheaper than the one we ordered. We have heard nothing from Vinatis, judging by these other reviews, we won't hear from them. Such a shame, we thought we had found a good thing. Will not use again, will rigorously pursue for money back or missing products to be supplied

We bought 4 bottles of wine at £53 each and received only 3. A fourth one was added for the value of £16 and that we never ordered and are not interested to, we want the 4 bottles we ordered and paid for. No answers to our complaint so far, no telephone number to call. Very bad

Planned well in advance in time for a birthday allowing longer than the delivery I paid for. Wine arrived over a week late. Reasonable product but almost 3 weeks delivery is totally unacceptable particularly considering delivery cost. Very disappointed

So far so good. Once i had managed to negotiate the website and finally place my order all went well: prompt delivery. I have not tasted the wine yet. It will rest a week or so in my cellar before opening.

I put in an order for several bottles of wine. Weeks went by without even so much as a dispatch confirmation. I checked in with Vinatis, they told me they dispatched the order, it got damaged and was sent back to them. They had not made me aware of any of this. They then proceed to tell me they were going to refund me my money which could take up to 3 weeks. I waited for 4 weeks, no money. I contacted them again asking for the refund. They said they had processed it and I should just remain patient. I checked in with them again after a week, they have not replied to my email and have not refunded me the money. They completely stopped communicating with me. I can only advise anyone else not to do business with this company. Check their Instagram, under every picture someone complaints about not receiving their order.
