Second order. Ordered 19 bottles all arrived in one shipment one week after placing order. Excellent service at this time. All bottles well packaged and good quality wine at reasonable prices. Will continue to order in future.

Charged delivery even though I spent a lot more than £150, gave only 50 minutes notice re delivery. Tried one Chardonnay and one Rose so far - both are excellent.

At the moment it’s a 1 Star as placed order on 4th May and still awaiting delivery!

Virgin to Vinatis , ordered 40 bottles From cases of six to single more special and a few pairs of preference 🙃 expected longer delivery time and they hit target even in these uncertain times ! Working through the collection and not disappointed yet with expectations of quality wine 😳🍷 Will probably be a repeat offender!

Great online French wine merchant. I received some brilliant Burgundies, Chablis, Pouilly Fuisse, Marsannay, Fleurie that would have cost half as much again if bought in the UK.. Communication was excellent and wine was delivered within the week and a 1-hour time slot which is pretty good for present times considering Covid19.

Great wines at reasonable prices. I have ordered several times in the current lockdown and have had mixed results with delivery’s. The first had two broken bottles which was refunded by Vinatis, the 2nd order came in 4 separate vans on consecutive days and took around 10days. The final order came with 3-4 days and in one consignment of 4 boxes....brilliant. A mixed bag but all wines were good.

Very good wine at good prices, delivery rather protracted, but considering present climate, to be expected. Would have to factor in long delivery times for products in the future. Otherwise very pleased.

I ordered a case of wine to be delivered to our Hamburg address, however, it was sent to my Frankfurt business address. I had pressed the right button, as I often have smaller cases sent and delivered to Hamburg; but the computer overruled me. I noticed the error right away and attempted to contact Vinatis which proved impossible. Maud tried later on to help me by sending a correction to Chronopost/DPD, however, it did not work. It is a real hassle as I cannot transport such a case on my routine Lufthansa flights from Frankfurt to Hamburg. I was really disappointed. Ami de Chapeaurouge

Order delivered short of a bottle. Customer service only a recoded message. Wrote to them asking for a refund. Not even an acknowledgement of message received. Not buying from them again. Prefer human touch.
