Excellent service again and 2015 Chateau bottled Bordeaux at these prices is a rare commodity. Vinatis sometimes have these little jewels!

Good delivery time, decent tracking. Packaging wasn't as secure as some other sites I've used but that said there was no breakages!

I ordered beginning of May and never received my order as the depot disposed of it. I’ve contacted them numerous times via the online contact form, however have had no response. They’ve removed their number off the website in response to Covid 19, which seems like an excuse to avoid having to deal with any customer issues. As a customer that has used them several times before, this is very disappointing and bad customer service.

This was my first order with Vinatis. I was impressed by the hugw selection of wine and with many of them on offer at the time I decided to take the plunge on the last day of the 'wine fair'. I was expecting delivery to take some time so was amazed when it arrived only 6 days later. I am looking forward to trying them but am waiting for them to settle before trying. Everything arrived as ordered, well packed and first class service with excellent communication.

Excelent wine , I not tested all of them , the one I tested is the Gris de Gris de Camargue , the best rosy I never tasted. Regards Tamara

Great Wine But charged me for delivery when it should have been free

I am so happy for all the customers who have received good service from Vinitis, however if you have a problem, like non delivery they are impossible to contact and don't want to know, trust me, I have been trying for almost 2 weeks to sort out a missing package and believe me they do not want to know. You will have a good experience the first time you buy but afterwards, if you have a problem you will be ignored. This has cost me dearly and I won't be using them again. They are taking advantage of the health crisis by not having phone contact, everyone knows that customer services can work from home!. Be careful

I ordered quite a wide selection of wines. All came within the indicated time and I was very happy with all the products. I’ll definitely use Vinatis again.

Ordered the same Rose again as this is an exceptionally good wine . Delivery was very quick and efficient and would have no hesitation in ordering again.

Given the current Situation delivery is a bit slow and that is understandable but that is the only reason for not giving it a five star excellent review

So disappointed with this company. They delivered smashed bottles and I have tried numerous times to contact them by email and send photos but they never reply. We have lost over £46 in wine and delivery. We were told on three separate days to expect delivery and never came. It was a gift for my daughter and her husband. And when eventually the box arrive, one bottle was missing, the box was placed in another box as it was wet with wine, shards of glass were in the bottom of the box and another bottle was cracked. Do not use this company. The customer service is appalling and they will not reply to our emails to refund us the money. Worst service we have ever encountered.
