Travis Perkins Plymouth (Sutton Road) have been absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to help our youth theatre bring a performance to life at Totnes Castle. Matt and Mack have borne been so helpful and giving of their time and energy, Mack single handedly delivered Heras fencing up to the castle in the heat, thank you!
I realised I had made a mistake with an online order for 4 fence panel's when I received a text notification of the date of delivery. They were due for delivery from a supplier in 2 days time. Slightly stressed, about the possible cost implications if I was too late to cancel the order, I had a problem as the website contact number was incorrect. I had a call with Mark (workington Store) who put me in touch with Stuart ( Online team) who sorted it out for me. He cancelled my order with the supplier. Both were friendly, understanding, professional and quick to act. Thanks for great customer service. Lynn
Travis Perkins Rhondda are superb. I have been buying stuff here regularly for when I visit to help get my daughter’s place sorted. They have simply been great from the start. Advice on setting up an account, making it easy to order with them, helpful when I go into the branch. Friendly and accurate info always supplied. Bought from them over six times , had deliveries four times and all gone perfect. Danny, Ryan and the rest of the team, I thoroughly recommend you.
I had an urgent need for bricks and building sand, as I had my bricklayer for a few more days. I called the Canterbury branch, and Mike was invaluable; he visited the site on the same day to ensure I could obtain the correct bricks for next-day delivery, as the bricks I had ordered would have taken another week to arrive. The delivery driver was also very helpful. Best team ever.

Don’t use this joke of a company unless you want damage caused to your property and for them to take no responsibility what so ever… not even an apology! I’ve not long had my wall tiled. Their incompetent driver turns up and smashed into the wall which was witnessed by my husband, mother and two tradesman who are all willing to provide statements. They clearly employ people that have no personal skills and are a clear reflection of their joke of a company seeing as he couldn’t even apologise! I call up and am told they cannot accept liability until CCTV footage from the van is reviewed to validate what I’m saying. Fair enough. Weeks go by and hear nothing, I chase up for it to be advised that they’ve been unable to get the right software which allows them to view the CCTV footage and therefore have to wait nearly a month until a specialist can come and view it. I’ve chased again and nothing. I’ll be honest I wasn’t too annoyed to begin with, accidents happen and the damage isn’t horrendous but it’s now been over a month and they’re yet to accept liability for let’s face it something that really isn’t going to cost much. In fact - the time they’ve spent emailing me, calling me, hunting down the CCTV (if that’s the truth) it’s probably cost their company just as much in opex costs as what it would to just pay it out! They’ve caused damage to my property and should be responsible for fixing it. No one’s even apologised yet…it’s now been 3 months and still nothing!

Great service by friendly helpful assistants at the Benton, Newcastle upon Tyne depot. All we wanted was a single piece of wood but they were really helpful at the main counter and directed us to where it was located. The guy who got the wood advised us and cut it to size as well. Really good old fashioned good service. We'll done to all.

Christchurch branch was amazing, Brian sorted everything we needed for the start of our extension project without any fuss and organised delivery to suit us. Fabulous service from start to finish from everyone at the Worcester Branch, I’m not the biggest DIY’er but they were so helpful, suggesting things I hadn’t thought about. Ordering was easy, prices were exceptionally reasonable and delivery was fast. The delivery driver was also brilliant, parking is a shocker down my road but he didn’t once get flustered even when he had to move his lorry for another resident. Great customer service and I will definitely be going back for future projects.

What a bunch of thieves! Today I went to Travis Perkins to buy 7 sheets of Correx, the price per sheet online is £6.27+vat, and they charged me £9.87+vat, £3.60 more per sheet!! When I asked them about the price difference they told me that if I wanted that price I should have told them before they made the invoice. Maybe he is the one who should have informed me that he would charge me that amount. There are lots of suppliers in London I'm definitely not going back to Travis Perkins
