Travis Perkins Plymouth (Sutton Road) have been absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to help our youth theatre bring a performance to life at Totnes Castle. Matt and Mack have borne been so helpful and giving of their time and energy, Mack single handedly delivered Heras fencing up to the castle in the heat, thank you!
I realised I had made a mistake with an online order for 4 fence panel's when I received a text notification of the date of delivery. They were due for delivery from a supplier in 2 days time. Slightly stressed, about the possible cost implications if I was too late to cancel the order, I had a problem as the website contact number was incorrect. I had a call with Mark (workington Store) who put me in touch with Stuart ( Online team) who sorted it out for me. He cancelled my order with the supplier. Both were friendly, understanding, professional and quick to act. Thanks for great customer service. Lynn
Travis Perkins Rhondda are superb. I have been buying stuff here regularly for when I visit to help get my daughter’s place sorted. They have simply been great from the start. Advice on setting up an account, making it easy to order with them, helpful when I go into the branch. Friendly and accurate info always supplied. Bought from them over six times , had deliveries four times and all gone perfect. Danny, Ryan and the rest of the team, I thoroughly recommend you.
I had an urgent need for bricks and building sand, as I had my bricklayer for a few more days. I called the Canterbury branch, and Mike was invaluable; he visited the site on the same day to ensure I could obtain the correct bricks for next-day delivery, as the bricks I had ordered would have taken another week to arrive. The delivery driver was also very helpful. Best team ever.

Shout out to Shaun from the Stratford TP branch: despite the order being a curb side delivery, he helped me get the products to where they needed to be. It would have been awkward and very difficult for me to do this alone. Really appreciated his courteous manner and care. Thanks to Chloe and Sarah for organising the delivery too. This branch has a great team. I will not hesitate to use TP again.

Deserves 6 stars. I’m not easily impressed but TP had almost keenest price on the internet and delivered my ev charger within three hours (3!) of order. Makes Amazon look like plodders. Great job

Travis Perkins, Harvey Reeves Road, Northampton is the best TP I have dealt with. The whole team are willing to help. Tyler, Stacey, Charles and James are outstanding considering the pressure they are under. Their product knowledge is great and they are always able to find stock at a branch near the job we are completing to make collecting materials so easy. Do Not Use , our company turns over 1 millions plus a year , was given a £20k credit limit , spent around 4k within a week then get a call accounts put on stop , offer to send proof of other accounts we hold with 100k plus limits , then they close the account Stock levels are terrible Do not use

Had some sleepers delivered today, delivery driver was great and on time. After i moved the sleepers off the drive and into the back garden the condition of some was totally below standerd, one smashed and one split....This was hidden on bottom side when dilivered to me...Not happy with TP and if i had noticed i would have told the driver to take the damaged back!!!! Update 9th April....Amy has contaced me & my local TP straight away after seeing my review to help on this issue, Thank you Amy. Update 10th April....Ok well after Amy contacted my local TP the replacement damaged item came today. No problems and tbf i can not moan now...Review has been amended for this service...All sorted Thank You!!!!

Why are you so expensive everything you seem to sell is near three times the price than other building merchants same ready as we like to go to our local merchants but if we can get it cheaper elsewhere still within the neighborhood that's what we'll have to do it's a competitive market and you have put yourselves in the place where it is too expensive when it can be bought a lot cheaper maybe you should consider looking at your prices to include timber Aggregates drainage pipes etc CRS are half the price of yours on most items

You've have actually by far stock the worst building sand I have ever used!!!! SHOCKING SAND couldnt even bed a tile on without it sagging on a 2 inch bed Seriously you have cause me alot of stress and anxiety will not be stepping foot in a Travis sheet show again! And over priced
