No goods, no call back. Wasted weekend.
Called TP local branch on Wednesday to enquire about delivery but they could see it on the system. They suggested I call the customer service line but couldn't be bothered to find the number so had to search myself. Number wasn't easy to find on their website I I found it and called it. They found the order and said thetd call the store at 8am on Thursday to advise them to plan it for Friday. Called customer services on Friday to ask what time the delivery was sat around waiting for it. They said it wasn't book in until next Friday but they would call the store to get it delivered that day and I'd get a call within an hour. A TP hour must be longer than a standard hour as it's been 21 hours now without a call back.
