They send you to closed down branches to collect orders.

After previous issues just when I thought this business could not sink any lower. Placed an order for my local branch – received order confirmation and they take payment but when I arrive, I find that they are permanently closed. Upon calling the number on the receipt I get through to another branch who inform me that the subject branch had been closed for a couple of weeks. After calling customer services they tell me that the best they can do is refund the order – yet no offer sending the goods out, or a token payment towards time or inconvenience, despite this being their fault. In summary they allow me to order from a ghost branch and they expect me to pick up the tab for my wasted visit and experience and in short, they don’t care. Terrible customer service and terrible business. I would think long and hard about what customer service experience you may get. Update 14/05: Upgraded from 1* to 4* after the intervention of the regional director who was excellent.
