Travis Perkins Plymouth (Sutton Road) have been absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to help our youth theatre bring a performance to life at Totnes Castle. Matt and Mack have borne been so helpful and giving of their time and energy, Mack single handedly delivered Heras fencing up to the castle in the heat, thank you!
I realised I had made a mistake with an online order for 4 fence panel's when I received a text notification of the date of delivery. They were due for delivery from a supplier in 2 days time. Slightly stressed, about the possible cost implications if I was too late to cancel the order, I had a problem as the website contact number was incorrect. I had a call with Mark (workington Store) who put me in touch with Stuart ( Online team) who sorted it out for me. He cancelled my order with the supplier. Both were friendly, understanding, professional and quick to act. Thanks for great customer service. Lynn
Travis Perkins Rhondda are superb. I have been buying stuff here regularly for when I visit to help get my daughter’s place sorted. They have simply been great from the start. Advice on setting up an account, making it easy to order with them, helpful when I go into the branch. Friendly and accurate info always supplied. Bought from them over six times , had deliveries four times and all gone perfect. Danny, Ryan and the rest of the team, I thoroughly recommend you.
I had an urgent need for bricks and building sand, as I had my bricklayer for a few more days. I called the Canterbury branch, and Mike was invaluable; he visited the site on the same day to ensure I could obtain the correct bricks for next-day delivery, as the bricks I had ordered would have taken another week to arrive. The delivery driver was also very helpful. Best team ever.

I hired a mixer and wacker plate through National Tool hire who use TP. Waste of time. Telephone number is a national one, they transferred to Blackburn, no answer. Tried all afternoon, no answer. I wanted it collected. They were late in delivery depite guaranteed befre 12pm. Now I can't get them to collect. I guess they won't pay storage so its going outside. They are a nightmare

I visited the Blackpool North store this morning about 8am after being asked by my joiner for 500 specialist screws, I asked the assistant for help, he simply said "you will have to look for it yourself, its over there somewhere", I spent 15 mins looking and could not find it, so I went back a second time and asked him for help, he said "Im not sure if we have them or not, you'll have to look for them", he was too busy chatting to his mate, another customer, after 30 mins in the shop, finally another assistant walked in and asked if he could help, I told him what I wanted and he took me straight to them, I told him about the other ignorant and rude assistant. This will be the last time I use Travis Perkins, the assistant needs to learn customer service skills, not everyone knows where to look or indeed what items look like.

It was my first home build, the project manager suggested we use TP, there are no delivery notes, and I had to audit all of their invoices only to find that we had been consistently overcharged. Hidden costs delivery of hire equipment charges. When querying the reason for the discrepancies was told it would be investigated and am still waiting to hear back from them. If there was a zero star I would have chosen that
