Travis Perkins Plymouth (Sutton Road) have been absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to help our youth theatre bring a performance to life at Totnes Castle. Matt and Mack have borne been so helpful and giving of their time and energy, Mack single handedly delivered Heras fencing up to the castle in the heat, thank you!
I realised I had made a mistake with an online order for 4 fence panel's when I received a text notification of the date of delivery. They were due for delivery from a supplier in 2 days time. Slightly stressed, about the possible cost implications if I was too late to cancel the order, I had a problem as the website contact number was incorrect. I had a call with Mark (workington Store) who put me in touch with Stuart ( Online team) who sorted it out for me. He cancelled my order with the supplier. Both were friendly, understanding, professional and quick to act. Thanks for great customer service. Lynn
Travis Perkins Rhondda are superb. I have been buying stuff here regularly for when I visit to help get my daughter’s place sorted. They have simply been great from the start. Advice on setting up an account, making it easy to order with them, helpful when I go into the branch. Friendly and accurate info always supplied. Bought from them over six times , had deliveries four times and all gone perfect. Danny, Ryan and the rest of the team, I thoroughly recommend you.
I had an urgent need for bricks and building sand, as I had my bricklayer for a few more days. I called the Canterbury branch, and Mike was invaluable; he visited the site on the same day to ensure I could obtain the correct bricks for next-day delivery, as the bricks I had ordered would have taken another week to arrive. The delivery driver was also very helpful. Best team ever.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY KELV AT THE BOSCOMBE BRANCH WAS BEYOND EXCELLENT. Not only I am extremely grateful for his superb help with my order, but I am also very touched by the compassion and kindness shown by Kelv, when I found out that the details on my Travis Perkins' account, were still under the name of my recently deceased long-term partner and soulmate, this obviously triggered my emotions and consequently made me upset, he then went that extra mile and made sure I was ok to leave the premises, which really meant the world to me. Allways get my materials and hire from tp Staines nothing to much trouble might have to use jewsons for my hire they seem to have Moore transport in the local branch.

Was on stop for some 75mm * 75mm PSE Redwood timber and did not want to travel 15m to another supplier, so went on the TP website and found what I wanted at the local store which was 1 mile away. I only wanted 2.4m but although the website said it was in stock there was no way to find the prices for any of the various lengths. Rang the store and they confirmed it was in stock but I had to go to the store to get the final price. Went to the store and after much input on the terminal and keys rattling, I was asked if I had an account, which I didn't and the price came back at nearly £28!!, when I said the price was 'a bit heavy', he did say if I had an account he could have done it for £10!! TP is definatley not for the DIY'er. Although I knew they were expensive and had only visited them twice in 20 years, that's it, never to visit them again!! Poor show TP!!

Appears I made the last review here but what the heck here goes again. Went to the Bodmin branch on both the 18th and 19th of September. Still got a bad back so was rather worried about loading my vehicle with bags of sand and cement as I knew the most helpful member of staff had retired. Needn't have worried as a whole new set of young and really helpful lads were in the yard and nothing was too much trouble on both days I visited. Counter staff were equally cheerfull as was the manager who served me on the second day. Congratulations Bodmin on a 5 star experience...I will be back
