Friendly and helpful

Appears I made the last review here but what the heck here goes again. Went to the Bodmin branch on both the 18th and 19th of September. Still got a bad back so was rather worried about loading my vehicle with bags of sand and cement as I knew the most helpful member of staff had retired. Needn't have worried as a whole new set of young and really helpful lads were in the yard and nothing was too much trouble on both days I visited. Counter staff were equally cheerfull as was the manager who served me on the second day. Congratulations Bodmin on a 5 star experience...I will be back

Good company but sale is not all it seems

Purchased insulation boards and a sticky mat kit some months ago. Finally got it installed by tiler a few weeks ago. Still not wired in as electrician went on holiday but have high hopes to the point of purchasing a second lot in the sale last week. Each floor kit has arrived promptly with no drama, packaged nicely and by a wonderful FedEx driver (Tom Hanks would be proud) on the other hand we ordered tile adhesive separately which came by Parcelforce and that is a case of the less said the better. My only gripe might be that The Underfloor Heating Company have one continuous sale which can be a minefied of when and when not to buy and everytime it says last chance to buy at this price the next day a new sale starts and it is cheaper than the day before. So in effect last chance at this price may mean it will be cheaper tomorrow. I suppose you pay your money and take your chance! Buy with confidence from this company but don't go back to the website the day after you purchase as without fail it will be cheaper and you will be miffed.
