Travis Perkins Plymouth (Sutton Road) have been absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to help our youth theatre bring a performance to life at Totnes Castle. Matt and Mack have borne been so helpful and giving of their time and energy, Mack single handedly delivered Heras fencing up to the castle in the heat, thank you!

Mistake with an order!

I realised I had made a mistake with an online order for 4 fence panel's when I received a text notification of the date of delivery. They were due for delivery from a supplier in 2 days time. Slightly stressed, about the possible cost implications if I was too late to cancel the order, I had a problem as the website contact number was incorrect. I had a call with Mark (workington Store) who put me in touch with Stuart ( Online team) who sorted it out for me. He cancelled my order with the supplier. Both were friendly, understanding, professional and quick to act. Thanks for great customer service. Lynn

Travis Perkins Rhondda are superb

Travis Perkins Rhondda are superb. I have been buying stuff here regularly for when I visit to help get my daughter’s place sorted. They have simply been great from the start. Advice on setting up an account, making it easy to order with them, helpful when I go into the branch. Friendly and accurate info always supplied. Bought from them over six times , had deliveries four times and all gone perfect. Danny, Ryan and the rest of the team, I thoroughly recommend you.

Best team - Mike, and Canterbury branch

I had an urgent need for bricks and building sand, as I had my bricklayer for a few more days. I called the Canterbury branch, and Mike was invaluable; he visited the site on the same day to ensure I could obtain the correct bricks for next-day delivery, as the bricks I had ordered would have taken another week to arrive. The delivery driver was also very helpful. Best team ever.

Benchmarx £27K Kitchen Poor serivce & Product

We have just had our £27K kitchen finally installed, but it was an excruciating process. The design drawings were incorrect, causing fitting problems; the units did not have the fixing holes in the correct places for hinges and brackets; Kickboards required chiseling noggings to fit them; Appliances were not in stock and I had to order them myself directly from Appliance City and AO, thankyou AC and AO. The deliveries were late and over several weeks. I have sent an email stating my disappointment to Travis Perkins Customer Relations, and still no reply or acknowledgment after 2 days. The CEO Pete Refern as a lot to answer too!

Unhappy customer

What an awful company, we ordered insulated Lintels over 2 weeks ago from the Burgh Heath Branch. Initially we were informed that it would take up to 10 days. There has been no communication apart from our chasing the branch to keep us informed. This time of 10 days has now been exceeded and we keep calling them to get feedback on when they will arrive. They are not interested to help and say they haven't been delivered yet with no offer of a solution or what action will be taken. No one in the branch is proactive in chasing or sorting this out for us. This is going to have a knock on effect to our project as we can't start building the roof, can't get the windows ordered, holding up the brickies from completion, and I'm paying for guys onsite. there are other trades booked, but can't continue without the Lintels ordered from Travis. We have spent a lot of money on materials from Travis and are about to place an extremely large order for insulation so I'm considering to use another supplier.

Travis Perkins is a awful company I am being harassed by them at the Moment I am paying an outstanding bill while I am my 87 year old mother full time carer I have been paying £50 a month they are sending a debt recovery officer to my mothers house where I live to assess my financial situation at more cost to me .. as they don't seem to think £50 is enough .. carers allowance is £80 per week .. I am so stressed out over this bullying behaviour from such a massive company I think picking on someone in my position .. caring for my mum is already demanding This is disgusting >>

Excellent service and products.

Another delivery of plasterboard and plywood from TravisPerkins at Wroxhall, Isle of Wight. Good quality items and very reasonably priced. Rob, the delivery driver, has been excellent on both occasions. Polite, professional and helpful assisting to carry the items into the house. Highly recommended.
