Travis Perkins Plymouth (Sutton Road) have been absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to help our youth theatre bring a performance to life at Totnes Castle. Matt and Mack have borne been so helpful and giving of their time and energy, Mack single handedly delivered Heras fencing up to the castle in the heat, thank you!

Mistake with an order!

I realised I had made a mistake with an online order for 4 fence panel's when I received a text notification of the date of delivery. They were due for delivery from a supplier in 2 days time. Slightly stressed, about the possible cost implications if I was too late to cancel the order, I had a problem as the website contact number was incorrect. I had a call with Mark (workington Store) who put me in touch with Stuart ( Online team) who sorted it out for me. He cancelled my order with the supplier. Both were friendly, understanding, professional and quick to act. Thanks for great customer service. Lynn

Travis Perkins Rhondda are superb

Travis Perkins Rhondda are superb. I have been buying stuff here regularly for when I visit to help get my daughter’s place sorted. They have simply been great from the start. Advice on setting up an account, making it easy to order with them, helpful when I go into the branch. Friendly and accurate info always supplied. Bought from them over six times , had deliveries four times and all gone perfect. Danny, Ryan and the rest of the team, I thoroughly recommend you.

Best team - Mike, and Canterbury branch

I had an urgent need for bricks and building sand, as I had my bricklayer for a few more days. I called the Canterbury branch, and Mike was invaluable; he visited the site on the same day to ensure I could obtain the correct bricks for next-day delivery, as the bricks I had ordered would have taken another week to arrive. The delivery driver was also very helpful. Best team ever.

Travis Perkins owns Toolstation so I…

Travis Perkins owns Toolstation so I have to partly blame you for the pathetic service Toolstation have given me regarding a missing order. The 9 different messages must be from a call centre as not one person has even looked at any previous messages. I’m run my own business and rely on good service and prompt delivery with good honest stock levels. All I want is a delivery date of a missing product and they can’t even provide that. Angela Rushforth get to grips with your company. One minnow can turn into a shoal

Ordered oak sleepers which I was…

Ordered oak sleepers which I was assured would be good quality as on the TP website. What was delivered was in appalling condition and nothing at all like the website images. I rejected them and was told by the branch they’d collected the wrong ones due to a communication problem and they’d get a new batch of sleepers to me the next day, so I delayed the tradesmen coming in to install the sleepers and lay a patio. However, I received a phone call the next day saying the driver had gone to collect the sleepers from another branch and they’d were in no better condition. Cancelled the order and had to cancel the tradesmen again! Very poor service and gross misrepresentation of the product on TP website.

Great customer service

Needed fence panels went into Oldham's new store, lots of help from Paul, Terri, Caleb and Ste who showed me a selection of products available, priced ordered and arranged direct delivery from manufacturer as item I wanted was not in stock. Very helpful, efficient and polite staff.

Great experience hiring a mixer

TP supplied a cement mixer to me via National Tool hire Person who delivered the mixer wheeled into the back garden, friendly in showing us how to use it + put it onto the stand for us, prompt delivery and collection. Great experience

This company (Travis Perkins) are associated with thieves

This company (Travis Perkins) are owners of Toolstation, when you buy of Toolstation online there is another company based in Switzerland call COMPLETE SAVINGS, so they basically somehow subscribe customers to £18 month for a service (discount) in my opinion very stealthily, on somehow automatically sign you up via Toolstation ecommerce page, I think they should be more transparent as I has to spend hours for my non agreed subscriptions to be returned, I'm going to stick with B&Q and local DIY Store and pay cash!!

Great staff!

I needed to replace gaden fenching. Hardly the biggest order - 6 panels! Came across Travis Perkins (Weybridge) on my daily walk. They had the panels I wanted at 30% less than another company. I placed my order. Went back next day to pay and they were delivered the day after that.

Waste of time

Waste of time ordering v as they’ll deliver at their leisure not yours. They’ll even charge the best part of £5 a mile delivery. It was in my case. I cancelled as they’ll deliver at just couldn’t be bothered. Poor show.

Great service - Glen in Leeds!!

do loads of kitchens through burnley always full of issues... nobody in store to talk to, got a call back from Glen in leeds who couldn't of been more helpful, came to site sorted it all out, arranged replacements sorted out my account. we sent our next customers to Leeds elland way - came out measured, designed and sold it all remotely. everything so smooth and easy! all other branches need to learn from this man!! Thanks mate Scott and Jen
