Travis Perkins Plymouth (Sutton Road) have been absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to help our youth theatre bring a performance to life at Totnes Castle. Matt and Mack have borne been so helpful and giving of their time and energy, Mack single handedly delivered Heras fencing up to the castle in the heat, thank you!
I realised I had made a mistake with an online order for 4 fence panel's when I received a text notification of the date of delivery. They were due for delivery from a supplier in 2 days time. Slightly stressed, about the possible cost implications if I was too late to cancel the order, I had a problem as the website contact number was incorrect. I had a call with Mark (workington Store) who put me in touch with Stuart ( Online team) who sorted it out for me. He cancelled my order with the supplier. Both were friendly, understanding, professional and quick to act. Thanks for great customer service. Lynn
Travis Perkins Rhondda are superb. I have been buying stuff here regularly for when I visit to help get my daughter’s place sorted. They have simply been great from the start. Advice on setting up an account, making it easy to order with them, helpful when I go into the branch. Friendly and accurate info always supplied. Bought from them over six times , had deliveries four times and all gone perfect. Danny, Ryan and the rest of the team, I thoroughly recommend you.
I had an urgent need for bricks and building sand, as I had my bricklayer for a few more days. I called the Canterbury branch, and Mike was invaluable; he visited the site on the same day to ensure I could obtain the correct bricks for next-day delivery, as the bricks I had ordered would have taken another week to arrive. The delivery driver was also very helpful. Best team ever.

Two gravel boards collected from Eastbourne site. One split end to end around knots the other split 1/3rd length. Called back when discovered - they will exchange when I drive back to depot with them!! I pass their trucks out delivering past the end of my road everyday but refused to deliver replacements - 1 1/2 miles from depot.

Ordered some skirting boards online as Travis Perkins had the exact size I needed. The order confirmation said it would be delivered from our local branch (East Peckham), 2 miles away and they would be in touch. 3 days later, no contact had been made so called them. Nobody answered, so drove there to be told it was being delivered the next day (and you were going to tell us this when?). Luckily, could see their screen and realised they were sending the wrong size. Apparently they didn't have the size ordered in stock so had decided to send another size skirting board instead!! Unbelievable, it was ordered that size for a reason. Told them to take it off delivery as didn't want the hassle of having to arrange for it to be collected. They said they would ring next morning to advise when it would be coming. True to their word, they rang to say the size ordered wasn't in stock locally and would have to come direct from the supplier the following Thursday. As by the Wednesday still not heard anything further, called into the store to be told they couldn't get it, suppliers don't deliver direct to customers and had been trying to ring to advise. I had no missed calls or voicemails. As I had spent 10 days waiting for this, subsequently had to cancel my flooring being laid due to the non-delivery. Got a refund and ordered from an online company in Birmingham that delivered to Kent within 48 hours. Complained to Customer Service, but 3 days later, still no response.

November and December I rented a tile bumper hoist from Travis Perkins in Lee branch. The first hoist+mains voltage)could only run in reverse, the send one that was delivered was delivered late and without a scaffolding clamp which meant it couldn't be used. The clamp came 2 days late. This ment after having 2 different bumper hoist on site for 3 weeks I could only use it for 3 days. When in the branch the hire manager is very polite the store manager is rude and disrespectful. It was agreed that I paid for a week and half. After I paid what was asked I was charged the balance of the 2nd week. When going into the branch. I found the branch manager to be rude and disrespectful. No honestly or respect. Very poor

The friendly staff and well-maintained yard are overshadowed by the appalling state of the access road. Riddled with deep potholes from truck and van traffic, it's baffling that Travis Perkins, a building company, hasn't addressed this issue. Residents are rightly worried about vehicle damage, and the road is practically unusable for wheelchair users, pedestrians, and motorcyclists. I can see another review on here a month back, he actually broke his suspension. So you obviously don't listen to feedback.blah blah blah

Vauxhall TP. I use Travis everyday and I have to say that the Vauxhall branch is one of the best. Greg & Kelly on the trade desk are very helpful and always friendly and the same goes for the tool hire team. The guys in the yard get you loaded up and out as quick as possible. Cheers Nick

Great service provided by Connor and his team at Worthing Clapham Common branch. As a small family run building business, we’ve been using Travis Perkins and other suppliers for years. The service we’ve received from Connor this year has been outstanding, he’s an asset to your company. Connor is very quick with responding, he’s prompt with deliveries and goes out of his way if we’re up against it with timing. We have a great working partnership with the branch now and it makes our daily running a lot smoother. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Connor and his team to other trades.

Just collected a web order from the Kilmaine Close, Cambridge branch. Main item was TREATED TIMBER 25X38MMX4.8M (206949) They very kindly cut the 4.8m lengths in half, and helped carry it to car. The timber quality looks good - the lengths are pretty straight. Price competitive - so well done TP

I would like to say how professional Ben Williams and is colleagues around him are at Scotia Road, Tunstall, Stoke On Trent, ST6 4HG. They are helpful to you when asking questions around the products they supply. The deliveries arrive on time. The delivery driver would do what he can towards making the delivery drop stress free. I would highly recommend 🙂
