Travis Perkins Plymouth (Sutton Road) have been absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to help our youth theatre bring a performance to life at Totnes Castle. Matt and Mack have borne been so helpful and giving of their time and energy, Mack single handedly delivered Heras fencing up to the castle in the heat, thank you!
I realised I had made a mistake with an online order for 4 fence panel's when I received a text notification of the date of delivery. They were due for delivery from a supplier in 2 days time. Slightly stressed, about the possible cost implications if I was too late to cancel the order, I had a problem as the website contact number was incorrect. I had a call with Mark (workington Store) who put me in touch with Stuart ( Online team) who sorted it out for me. He cancelled my order with the supplier. Both were friendly, understanding, professional and quick to act. Thanks for great customer service. Lynn
Travis Perkins Rhondda are superb. I have been buying stuff here regularly for when I visit to help get my daughter’s place sorted. They have simply been great from the start. Advice on setting up an account, making it easy to order with them, helpful when I go into the branch. Friendly and accurate info always supplied. Bought from them over six times , had deliveries four times and all gone perfect. Danny, Ryan and the rest of the team, I thoroughly recommend you.
I had an urgent need for bricks and building sand, as I had my bricklayer for a few more days.
I called the Canterbury branch, and Mike was invaluable; he visited the site on the same day to ensure I could obtain the correct bricks for next-day delivery, as the bricks I had ordered would have taken another week to arrive. The delivery driver was also very helpful. Best team ever.
Gregory from the Vauxhall branch is a total legend
Gregory from the Vauxhall branch has been super helpful today. We had ordered shiplap on the website which was ment to be cut to size but was delivered in 5.1m lengths. Gregory helped me get a much better deal on the second batch and was really friendly making the experience top notch!
Ordered a shower enclosure from Mick at travis in ashton in makerfield, how efficient, it took four days from order to delivery, very pleased couldn't have wished for better service. Mick was pleasant, knew exactly our requirements and advised us of the best options Travis need more people like you. Excellent service
Great service from the team at CREWE Travis Perkins. Needed some new floorboards, not only did they great me on arrival, helped me pick the wood and load into car which wasn't easy.
The staff at the Crewe Branch are really helpful and friendly. The boys in the yard and at the desk always go the extra yard to help me out. Couldn’t ask for better service.

The worst attitude to Customer Service I've come across in years.
The review concerns the branch at Crowthorne in Berkshire.
I placed an online order for 3 sheets of plasterboard at 14:47 on Friday 7th March. The online system confirmed a delivery date of 8th March, with the message that the branch would be in touch to "discuss delivery at my convenience".
No call was received, and I've checked my "missed calls" list on my phone - no-one tried to contact me.
Nothing showed up on Saturday. I put this down to it possibly being a "working days" issue.
At 11:00 on Monday 10th, I called the branch. The person that took my call "couldn't check the system as I don't have a log-in", but promised to get someone to call me straight away. I told him that my reception at home is poor, so I'd hang around where I was.
!5 minutes later, I'd had no call so called again. After some initial problems I was transferred to the manager, who breezily told me "well they wouldn't have been delivered as we didn't got a driver on Saturday". I asked if I'd get the order today and was told that the branch simply doesn't have a driver.
The manager then tried to claim one of his staff had called. When I told him there was no sign of a missed call on my phone, he then shifted to claiming the order had been picked up by a courier. When I said I'd seen nothing from a courier either, he then spoke to a staff member, then said, no, they hadn't had any orders picked up by a courier.
I then asked for a refund, to which he agreed. I asked him how long that would take to come through, and he was vague - "it's usually pretty quick, in a day or so".
I then said how unimpressed I was by the service, and he hung up on me.
Normally, I find TP pretty good, but this branch has a major culture issue.
Laurie at the Tamworth Branch.... top guy, nothings too much trouble, fast efficient, professional. Excellent communication and product knowledge, he's a key part in our operation to help the day to day run as smoothly as possible. Couldn't recommend enough!!
Would have given 0 but can’t -went to tp at Pontefract on Tuesday at 4pm to purchase some materials for a paving project (not big about 2k order) the yard was very tidy and well layed out a nice tall man came straight to us in the yard and explained all the specs of the flagstones etc -great-then we went to place the order at the counter inside -said good afternoon to the staff sat behind computers-no response-stood there with my wife looking at each other and at them -no acknowledgement that we were there so with nothing said we left and will never go to Travis Perkins again
