Travis Perkins Plymouth (Sutton Road) have been absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to help our youth theatre bring a performance to life at Totnes Castle. Matt and Mack have borne been so helpful and giving of their time and energy, Mack single handedly delivered Heras fencing up to the castle in the heat, thank you!
I realised I had made a mistake with an online order for 4 fence panel's when I received a text notification of the date of delivery. They were due for delivery from a supplier in 2 days time. Slightly stressed, about the possible cost implications if I was too late to cancel the order, I had a problem as the website contact number was incorrect. I had a call with Mark (workington Store) who put me in touch with Stuart ( Online team) who sorted it out for me. He cancelled my order with the supplier. Both were friendly, understanding, professional and quick to act. Thanks for great customer service. Lynn
Travis Perkins Rhondda are superb. I have been buying stuff here regularly for when I visit to help get my daughter’s place sorted. They have simply been great from the start. Advice on setting up an account, making it easy to order with them, helpful when I go into the branch. Friendly and accurate info always supplied. Bought from them over six times , had deliveries four times and all gone perfect. Danny, Ryan and the rest of the team, I thoroughly recommend you.
I had an urgent need for bricks and building sand, as I had my bricklayer for a few more days. I called the Canterbury branch, and Mike was invaluable; he visited the site on the same day to ensure I could obtain the correct bricks for next-day delivery, as the bricks I had ordered would have taken another week to arrive. The delivery driver was also very helpful. Best team ever.

Today I took a bulk delivery of gravel and Shingle from the Willenhall branch of Travis Perkins. Andrew the delivery driver carried out the delivery in a safe, efficient manner, a more friendly, accommodating person would be difficult to find at such an early hour. Anddrew is a true credit to Travis Perkins. He ensured that the load was positioned conveniently on my sloping driveway, thus minimising the effort on my part in transporting it via wheelbarrow to the rear of my property and wished me well with my project. I shall return to T.P. On the whole a great service from start to finish.

About 18 months ago i had a bathroom replaced. The Roca bath was supplied by Travis Perkins and fitted by a local tradesman. Within 12 months of fitting two defects appeared in the bath. The plumber who did the works came out and viewed the problem and said he would liaise with Travis Perkins. He assures me that he has made Travis aware of the issue but they have not taken any remedial action. In view of this and in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 I have liaised directly with Travis Perkins who have told me that it is the plumber who needs to pursue this, he tells me that he has spoken to Travis who are obviously aware of the situation but choose not act. In correspendence they claim they have contacted Roca who allegedly state that the flaws aren't covered within the warranty. Neither Travis nor Roca have been to view the flaws. In one email from Travis the following comment was made " On behalf of Travis Perkins we would not have anyone qualified to view or offer any opinion on the damage/fault". The Roca "The Gap rectangular acrylic bath" is backed by a 25-year manufacturer guarantee but it developed defects within 12 months which the retailer won't directly address. The last correspendence was on 11/02/25

A superb level of customer service from Kurt at Cinderford Travis Perkins today. After being totally messed about by online companies I decided to try a local company instead. Kurt was so helpful and sorted our problem out quickly and efficiently. In essence, an appliance that other companies have continually failed to deliver - with no delivery date in sight - has just been same day delivered by Travis Perkins. Can't thank you enough and will definitely use Travis Perkins over online companies in the future.

I use Travis Perkins on a regular basis, , The service at the Tysley branch is second to none , I regularly order goods for collection and delivery , all my orders are picked and correct , even on a collection which saves me valuable time , I use several branches of tp , But Tysley branch go that step further , from the warehouse staff , to counter staff , we’ll done to david , branch manager and max assistant manager they run a good team well done

Kidderminster travis perking is a waste of time never got anything in stock, they must be missing out on hundreds of thousands pound a year because local builders have given up knowing they better off going else where
