Travis Perkins Plymouth (Sutton Road) have been absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to help our youth theatre bring a performance to life at Totnes Castle. Matt and Mack have borne been so helpful and giving of their time and energy, Mack single handedly delivered Heras fencing up to the castle in the heat, thank you!
I realised I had made a mistake with an online order for 4 fence panel's when I received a text notification of the date of delivery. They were due for delivery from a supplier in 2 days time. Slightly stressed, about the possible cost implications if I was too late to cancel the order, I had a problem as the website contact number was incorrect. I had a call with Mark (workington Store) who put me in touch with Stuart ( Online team) who sorted it out for me. He cancelled my order with the supplier. Both were friendly, understanding, professional and quick to act. Thanks for great customer service. Lynn
Travis Perkins Rhondda are superb. I have been buying stuff here regularly for when I visit to help get my daughter’s place sorted. They have simply been great from the start. Advice on setting up an account, making it easy to order with them, helpful when I go into the branch. Friendly and accurate info always supplied. Bought from them over six times , had deliveries four times and all gone perfect. Danny, Ryan and the rest of the team, I thoroughly recommend you.
I had an urgent need for bricks and building sand, as I had my bricklayer for a few more days. I called the Canterbury branch, and Mike was invaluable; he visited the site on the same day to ensure I could obtain the correct bricks for next-day delivery, as the bricks I had ordered would have taken another week to arrive. The delivery driver was also very helpful. Best team ever.

Went to Travis and Perkins in Leigh to buy some loose decorative stones for the foyer at the local Cricket Club. Was met by a young man called Dom who spent time showing us all the different types that there was available- when we made our choice he made a point of loading the bags in our car himself so we didn’t get dirty! Nothing was too much trouble for this guy! What a refreshing change - thank you so much Dom!! Keep up your fantastic customer service 👍👍👍

Manager Gary Harding, of the Poole branch in Hamworthy has extremely poor communication ability. Deliberately unresponsive and poor service in all aspects by choosing to ignore, and all under his stewardship. Criticising his own staff for lack of productivity and being on long-term sick, things don't seem to be going well at this depot.

Travis Perkins are a distributor for Cladco Decking. I made an enquiry at their Haverfordwest Branch Katy Lewis was so helpful and provided quotes for 50 square meters. Katy mentioned that they had a Cladco discounted line in the colour but only in 3.6m lengths. I As I had already built the frame I needed 4 metre length’s. My complaint is about the pricing policy of TP. Price comparisons below for Cladco Woodgrain reversible decking in Charcoal. Prices include VAT Cladco 4m £24.95 Jewsons 4m 24.95 TP 4m £26.00 TP 3.6m bulk price £19.50 TP 3.6m single price £29.05 Due to the size of the project I purchased the decking direct with Cladco. Like any project designs change and as a result I needed an additional 3 boards. With stock at my local branch I made contact with Katy for a competitive price for the boards they had in stock. I appreciate that the price of £19.50 was for bulk purchase. As I only wanted 3 boards the price had jumped up to £29.05. My review has no reflection on the professional approach by Katy she mentioned that was the price on the system. TP need to review their pricing policy it’s cheaper to buy 4m rather than 3.6m.
