Flight bookings are unreliable. Not at all satisfied with the customer service. Never ever booking any flight through them.
Norman called re our booking. He dealt with both my husband and I in a conference call. He Patiently explained about a better flight time. Gave an overview on what actions will be done. And kept in touch with us when he said he would. Lastly for Norman Happy Birthday for next month

The process of booking was simple and smooth. You will surely get the best fare from them. I don't get the chance to interact with their customer support team, so can't comment but believe it would be of high standard as well. Please go for it for the wonderful experience.
I didn’t and still haven’t received an e-ticket for my booking. When I called the customer service after 48hrs of booking the ticket and not receiving the e-ticket, the customer service rep was not only impolite, but also couldn’t manage to share the e-tickets with me. She eventually shared the airline booking ref with me to confirm directly with the flight operator. Lastly, I asked here about the refund terms to which the answer was rude and vague. Not a service I am going to use in the future.
There was a telephone number easily to hand so that I could speak to someone when I found I needed to change a flight. Sarah was helpful and made it seem simple and non stressful to change my itinerary.
I bought my trave ticket on the company's website which was very user friendly. I remember I was having difficulty with the payment part of the process and became dissilusioned with the booking. I left the portal and decided to try some other time. After about an hour, I got a call from the company to find out from me why my purchase was not completed. I told the Customer Advisor who called the problem I was having regarding payment with my debit card and the guy promised to send me a link to use for the payment and it worked. Very politeful Customer Advisor.
Joseph answered the call quickly and explained to. me why certain things were not being accepted when I was trying to book a flight on the website. He asked me all the details of the flight and tried to work in it from his end. He gave a great offer as well as helped me with sorting out seats and luggage! Very professional behaviour.
Never again .. Poor Customer services . Asked extra to pay after payment was done
I booked ticket through Skyscanner and made payment of £1034 which was not going through and then later I received a call from their agent who asked me to pay through a link. I paid as it was requested but they did not issue me my ticket. Next I received a call which I was unable to answer. I call them back and they put me on hold for almost 40 mins and was not able to find the booking. I paid through my bank and I was bit suspicious because there was no credit card option available. They aske me to pay extra £40 so they can issue me a ticket. I paid the amount which was showing on their website and was also confirmed by their agent. I asked them to refund my money and they said it will take 72 banking hours to get refund (Joke). I am using Travel Trolley for long time and always recommended to my friends and family but I do not think so I will ever use their rubbish service ever again.
This my second time to use Travel Trolley for a flight to Africa. On the last occasion the service was superb. As I have booked 8 months in advance I have no doubt this time the service will be just as good
