Flight bookings are unreliable. Not at all satisfied with the customer service. Never ever booking any flight through them.
Norman called re our booking. He dealt with both my husband and I in a conference call. He Patiently explained about a better flight time. Gave an overview on what actions will be done. And kept in touch with us when he said he would. Lastly for Norman Happy Birthday for next month

I would suggest that anyone booking flights, holidays or having any dealings with Travel Trolley to look for alternative agents. Many companies make mistakes, but as a consumer I expect a degree of honesty particular where there is money owed. To-date, I have seen neither an efficient process or honesty by the employees
I recently applied for a ticket through your company and would like to share feedback regarding my experience with your customer service team.
On my first call, I was connected with an agent named Felix. Unfortunately, he behaved in a manner that suggested he was completely disinterested in assisting me. Despite my polite approach, his behavior was rude and dismissive, and he eventually hung up the call without resolution.
When I called back, another agent answered but similarly disconnected the call halfway through the conversation without any notice.
Concerned but still in need of help, I called again. This time, I was quite anxious, fearing I would be connected with Felix once more—and unfortunately, I was. He repeated the same unprofessional behavior. When I asked for his name so that I could make a formal complaint, he abruptly hung up again.
Thankfully, on my next attempt, I was connected to an agent named Ayushi. From her first greeting, I could sense her professionalism and courtesy. She patiently listened to my issue and resolved it efficiently. Her approach was reassuring and respectful, and I’m truly grateful for her support.
I strongly believe your company values customer service, but I urge you to review the conduct of the representatives you hire. One poorly trained or unprofessional agent can harm the entire reputation of your brand.

I tried to make a payment, but the card number field was greyed out. This situation is frustrating, especially since the fare has suddenly increased. The platform lacks quality and provides inadequate assistance.
Please never, ever try to book from this site if you see the price is cheap. Their customer support is uncooperative, rude, arrogant and pathetic. If you want mental peace, please avoid booking on their platform. I called this morning, but the customer service representative did not recognise my issue and stated, 'More than 1000 people have booked this morning so far, and the website has no issues. I cannot help you.' They were rude and said, "If you have a problem with the site, that's not my issue." Can you expect any help from these people?
I had a terrible experience with Travel Trolley and would strongly advise others to avoid this company. After accidentally booking a flight for 3 days, I needed to make changes to 4 days within 24 hours window. While Air India was offering free changes, Travel Trolley insisted on charging me extra and kept giving me conflicting information. Each agent I spoke to had a different story-some blamed Air India, others cited vague aviation rules, but no one provided clear guidance. The customer service was unprofessional, often rude, and completely unhelpful. On top of that, the fees they quoted kept changing every time I called, making the whole process even more frustrating.
Title: Refused Refund for Cancelled Flight – Avoid
I booked a Kuwait Airways flight via Travel Trolley (Booking Ref: XKV88V), which was cancelled by the airline. Despite multiple confirmations from the airline that the refund must come through the agent, Travel Trolley continues to delay and mislead, even falsely claiming it was a “schedule change.”
I had to make alternative arrangements and have since left the UK. No refund has been issued, and customer service responses are vague and unhelpful.
I am now filing a complaint with the CAA and exploring chargeback and legal options. This kind of service is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this agency.
My flight has been canceled; so I have asked for s refund.
In the 1st they said it will take 2 weeks to be refunded, which is fine with me, but I actually I did not recieve my mony yet and I been asking about the refund, and every time they tell me defrent reasons, some times , they say it should be in you bank by tomorrow, another time they say 48 hours ,, and some tome money has left their bank .
And actually they are not honest.
