Flight bookings are unreliable. Not at all satisfied with the customer service. Never ever booking any flight through them.
Norman called re our booking. He dealt with both my husband and I in a conference call. He Patiently explained about a better flight time. Gave an overview on what actions will be done. And kept in touch with us when he said he would. Lastly for Norman Happy Birthday for next month

Thank god my my Mrs is the type of person that needs to arrive at the airport 3 hours early. We were on a once in a lifetime trip to Japan. Arrived at the check in desk to be told out oof our family of four. I was (the dad) was not booked in.
When I called Travel Trolley they said because me and my son share the same name, its impossible to book 2 separate tickets with the same name.
It was an error on their end and eventually they corrected it except with a spelling mistake. The airport staff even told me in the end to just hang up because the guy on the phone was just an idiot. It took almost an hour of being on the phone with him to resolve.
If we had not have been early this would have been a catastrophe.
I had to keep coming in and out of the que to the flight supervisor because he kept telling me its all sorted now, only for airport staff to tell me it wasn't and then had the cheek to tell me on the phone whilst waiting to see the flight attendant "tell them to hurry up".
I had a terrible experience with Travel Trolley and would strongly advise others to avoid this company. After accidentally booking a flight, I needed to make changes due to the India-Pakistan airspace issue. While Air India was offering free changes, Travel Trolley insisted on charging me extra and kept giving me conflicting information. Each agent I spoke to had a different story-some blamed Air India, others cited vague aviation rules, but no one provided clear guidance. The customer service was unprofessional, often rude, and completely unhelpful. On top of that, the fees they quoted kept changing every time I called, making the whole process even more frustrating.
Many reviews online echo my experience, describing Travel Trolley as untrustworthy, with poor customer service and a tendency to hide behind confusing policies when things go wrong. Some even report losing significant amounts of money due to their refusal to issue refunds or honor credits. Booking with Travel Trolley is risky and stressful-if anything goes wrong, don’t expect real support. Save yourself the hassle and book directly with airlines or use a reputable agent. I would give them minus stars if I could-highly unrecommended.
I have rang them 3 times in the last few days due to the escalating crisis in the region and they have been very helpful.

My mum booked a ticket to Canada
Unfortunately while completing the booking mistakenly , not sure it was on our part the last name was left off
Travel trolley refused to add the last name despite requesting a copy of the passport
We had to cancel it’s now nearly 8 weeks and my elderly mum is still awaiting a refund despite, telling us it will be refunded in 6 weeks
I have also emailed twice with no response
