CAUTION: Malicious website. Flight bookings are unreliable. Not at all satisfied with the customer service. Never ever booking any flight through them.
Norman called re our booking. He dealt with both my husband and I in a conference call. He Patiently explained about a better flight time. Gave an overview on what actions will be done. And kept in touch with us when he said he would. Lastly for Norman Happy Birthday for next month

I made my booking with travel trolley and had no problems at all. The booking went straight thru and I was told I would get my confirmation within 48hrs. I RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION E TICKETS IN LESS THAN 1HR Excellent service

In the past few days tried booking a flight from Gatwick - Bangkok return. The system is not allowing me to input the required information such as my name. Phoned the sales department and spoke to a very rude person who could not have cared less! Kept being told to do everything online. Well, I wouldn't be telephoning if that was possible would I? Did not achieve in making a booking. Useless company and on this occasion, I have taken my custom elsewhere where it will be more appreciated. I would advise anyone else wanting to make a purchase to do the same. Cheapest is not always the best.

Purchased Turkish Airline ticket through Travel Trolley. When boarded the plane there was a technical issue on plane so was asked to get off plane. 5 hours sitting in airport lounge and Turkish Airlines did nothing. Called airline who say speak to airport and vice versa. After wasting a total 9 hours with Turkish Joke Airlines I called Travel Trolley, Thank God Mohit picked the phone. Fast, Efficent, Understanding of the situation, honest and basically within 5 minutes sorted me out with flights next day. Mohit is very professional and a credit to the travel agency world. Travel Trolleys top tier employee. Thank You Mohit I will book through Travel Trolley again !!! Top Man.

Booked a flight through these,it was cheap and there in lies the big issue. Any cancellations/ delays they just send you back to your insurers,where you’ve probably got an £100/150 excess on any claims! They barely speak English also so good luck with having a normal conversation! Actually it’s cost me more after canacelling a flight than the original cost of the Cheap Flight! BEWARE!

I am giving 1 star as booking with this organisation is making me extremely nervous! I booked and PAID for two flights three days ago and still do not have my e-ticket. I am reading too many reviews where people are finding they do not have flights booked at all. I have messaged and tried phoning but was cut off. Not great for a first time experience!

Awful service. We booked flights for 26th December in July & paid a premium for Boxing Day flights. In November we received the option to fly on Christmas Eve or cancel...and 4-6 weeks for the refund. Flights are still available but now £1000 more expensive. Christmas Eve flights would have been cheaper.... & with kids & elderly parents expecting Christmas Day celebrations I'm stuck! And they keep repeating the same message, Christmas eve or cancel! UPDATE. Travel Trolleys response is ingenious. The schedule change was 5 minutes and Virgin Airlines said other options were available but Travel Trolley needed to request these. They refused to help.
