CAUTION: Malicious website. Flight bookings are unreliable. Not at all satisfied with the customer service. Never ever booking any flight through them.
Norman called re our booking. He dealt with both my husband and I in a conference call. He Patiently explained about a better flight time. Gave an overview on what actions will be done. And kept in touch with us when he said he would. Lastly for Norman Happy Birthday for next month

We had a lovely experience using Travel Trolley back in 2018 for our trip to Saudi. The booking process was seamless and the customer service in the end was fantastic. I say in the end because we had a last minute alteration on our ticket (Saudi Airlines made a change) which meant that the departure flight was pushed forward approx. 4 hours. To inform us, a very helpful Travel Trolley agent got in touch via WhatsApp a few days prior to our departure, allowing us the convenience to arrive at the correct time for the flight out and not arrive 4 hours early which would've certainly been an inconvenience given there was no where to sit in the terminal being as busy as it was back then. The customer agent did state that they tried contacting us on our UK number but as we weren't in the UK, they eventually tried WhatsApp which I am glad that they did. I definitely would use Travel Trolley again if I had the opportunity We booked through Kayak and I wouldn't hesitate to book directly the next time.

I was trying to amend/cancel the booking and was not happy initially. However, the customer service agent Karthik made an additional effort to contact the Airline and secured some reduction on the fee. He was very professional and supportive throughout the call. I appreciate the service provided by him.

Our return flight was put on standby, which Virgin Atlantic confirmed. They advised us to contact Travel Trolley to fix the issue, but every time we call, we get the runaround. Travel Trolley keeps passing the responsibility back to Virgin or making false promises that their customer support team will call us back......spoiler: they never do. We were even told a manager would call us within 24 hours, but we’re still waiting. This whole experience has been incredibly stressful and disappointing. We regret not listening to the negative reviews before booking. Save yourself the hassle & avoid Travel Trolley at all costs! UPDATE - NO MANAGER EVER CALLED US (JOKE) AND NOW OUR OUTBOUND HAS CHANGED TO STANDBY. NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Frustrated beyond belief ! My husband booked flights for my 50th birthday celebrations & BA cancelled flights. So far we are getting no where with this company in terms of changing flights as we have 3 flights to our destination & the timings suggested dont work! Numerous calls to company someone always promises to call back & never do & say they are unable to get hold of others to help!! I appreciate its BA who cancelled the flights but they were booked through this company & now 8 weeks if we want a refund so no money to book flights elsewhere. Id REALLY appreciate some help as we have called again tonight with no resolution.
