Rubbish Turkish Airline and Travel Trolley to the rescue
Purchased Turkish Airline ticket through Travel Trolley. When boarded the plane there was a technical issue on plane so was asked to get off plane. 5 hours sitting in airport lounge and Turkish Airlines did nothing. Called airline who say speak to airport and vice versa. After wasting a total 9 hours with Turkish Joke Airlines I called Travel Trolley, Thank God Mohit picked the phone. Fast, Efficent, Understanding of the situation, honest and basically within 5 minutes sorted me out with flights next day. Mohit is very professional and a credit to the travel agency world.
