CAUTION: Malicious website. Flight bookings are unreliable. Not at all satisfied with the customer service. Never ever booking any flight through them.
Norman called re our booking. He dealt with both my husband and I in a conference call. He Patiently explained about a better flight time. Gave an overview on what actions will be done. And kept in touch with us when he said he would. Lastly for Norman Happy Birthday for next month

Booked 3 flights to Mexico , my email that I booked the flights with is no longer accessible I called and told them I need my flights details and all further emails sent to my new email address. They told me on the phone that I will receive an email within 24 hours and I still haven’t received the email

The airline cancelled my (direct) flight 18 hours before departure; they instead offered a flight with a stop that would arrive 12 hours later (ridiculous service by BA too)! The agent did absolutely nothing to help; they dimissed me and said that BA wouldn't accept any change requests. I then called BA directly and sorted out an earlier flight myself. In short, the agents are useless and by trying to save a few pounds on the price of the ticket, I compromised on the service/peace of mind. Never again.

Don't recommend. I booked a return flight. Wanted to cancel less than 24 hours and paid £10 policy for cancellation. They refused to refund. Would only refund £30 from £650 flight. AVOID
