CAUTION: Malicious website. Flight bookings are unreliable. Not at all satisfied with the customer service. Never ever booking any flight through them.
Norman called re our booking. He dealt with both my husband and I in a conference call. He Patiently explained about a better flight time. Gave an overview on what actions will be done. And kept in touch with us when he said he would. Lastly for Norman Happy Birthday for next month

It's a scam. They charge u extra so that u can cancel anytime. But when I cancel, u come to know that there's no way they will refund u even a penny. They have so many hidden clauses and fine print that u will be shocked how they could even think all that. Even when u somehow fulfill all the requirements for cancellations, they will tell u to wait for 2 days before final decision on your application to cancel and refund. And they say that they don't have any info on your refund since that's seen by some third party like refundable.me and they don't have their contact details. Overall they charge u extra for nothing. Money grabbing scammers. Me and my partner were infected with viral flu and they advised us to either fly or cancel and lose hundreds of pounds even when we had paid extra charges for a "full refund in case of emergency". They don't care about their customers at all. In our case they would rather infect the whole flight than refund the money. Pathetic people

They will INCREASE the price AFTER you book or demand cancellation charges. They insist this is not their fault and that this is dynamic pricing, but I have checked elsewhere that this is just blackmail. Once you book with them, they will raise the price, saying that's dynamic pricing.

scam workers at travel trolley. I booked flights with this company. I inserted the correct names and pre fix. But lo and behold when they sent the confirmation, my name had a mrs in front of my name and not mr. I know i didnt do this, i always quadruple check. So i phoned them. as soon as the indian accent started talking all over the place i knew what was coming. apparently this was a massive mistake on my part and i would be refused entry onto the flight, but hey the guy was feeling helpful and could change it back to mr after speaking to his manager at a charge of £500. or something silly like that. mr couldn't just be clicked on from the drop down menu. nope. it was a massive inconvenience to them. he needed managerial approval, £500. and threats of refusal to onboard by the airline. So i called the airline directly. told them the situation. it wasn't a problem. I can board as long as my name is correct. im shocked that even in an actual legit company, the indians cant help but try and scam us. never using again.

gulf changed our flight and put us on separate flights 36 hours later. I had to call the agent travel trolley/southall travel 4 times and was repeatedly promised callbacks which did not materialise. Calls mysteriously disconnected, advisers lied to me, say no more, never again Gulf air or this shower Jyant, Dimple, Waseem and Tammana all seemed to be quite put out when I asked there names and when I couldn't quite follow and asked them to spell it. Such common names FSRRIM
