Flight bookings are unreliable. Not at all satisfied with the customer service. Never ever booking any flight through them.
Norman called re our booking. He dealt with both my husband and I in a conference call. He Patiently explained about a better flight time. Gave an overview on what actions will be done. And kept in touch with us when he said he would. Lastly for Norman Happy Birthday for next month

Terrible company. Told me to refund my flights and promised a full refund. After months and month of trying to get my refund they gave me next to nothing and now aren’t responding. Sahit company!!!
Have been waiting 10 weeks for a refund got in contact with them and they’re saying they have the refund and I now have to wait another 8-10 days for them to send it, definitely wouldn’t book with this company. It seemed to me they had no intention on sending the refund until I chased it up.
Tanveer at travel trolley was excellent.
I was caught up in travel disruptions flying to Doha, and Tanveer was reassuring and professional in handling my issue and arranging refunds and alternative options. Highly recommended.
I have bought my tickets with extra pay for fully covered refunds. Because of my health problems I had to cancel my flight that I have done on the 17th of April. I have contacted the Customer Service, have filled online forms with improved hospital documents.I have received the partial money from refunds - after long and difficult battle (hundreds phone calls and e-mails sent). Now I am waiting for the cancellation refund, and again lots of phone calls and e-mails. Please be aware that to have full refund you need to contact the Travel Trolley and Refundable separately, and the money are returned not in one part. Lack of communication between the two parties makes this procedure very long, I guess done on purpose. When I contacted Customer Service on the 17th of April and wanted to cancel my flight they told me to contact the Refunds but not considered the cancellation by Travel Trolley so everything started later. Now they told me that everything depends on Air flight when they return the money. The worst experience ever - please Avoid.
On 22nd May booked 2 tickets to Toronto for me and my wife from Newcastle to Toronto with travel trolley on line with travel insurance for extra £117 but after 10 minutes I got a email saying your tickets can not be issued because travel insurance cost is £308 I said but on line it is £117 they told me it is not for you if you want travel insurance it will be £308 so i cancel my travel insurance and booked on flight tickets only but for some reasons I had to cancel my travel insurance and phoned travel trolley to cancel my tickets I spoked to the persons name Rahul I asked him how much money will I get back after few minutes he said £155 I asked him I am getting £155 he just the tax as your tickets are non refundable I said fine can tell me where on my invoice is tax amount written he got angry and said you get what we give you I asked him to keep his voice low but still he was very rude and said this what you get I told him I spoke to klm they said it will be more but still he was very loud I told him I am 72 years old talk to me politely but he was loud I was so upset so I spoke to the duty manager name Parag and explained him everything I have travel all my life but never got behaviour and service like this my worse experience I never do any Beal with them I myself been General Manager for 28 years in my company I always told my manager and staff to speak politely with customer I am very a very and upset either behaviour and the service this person Rahul is not fit to be on customer service and now on public I am asking the manager who in charge tell me what is my right refund money as I already spoke to kLM they said that not right refund I should get more as agent you are taking your commissions from the refund and I will never buy any more tickets or service from travel trolley I will tell all my friends and any one who read this message don’t use this travel agent you will be in trouble also I need my right amount refund soon but please everyone don’t book tickets thanks

I had a very bad experience with this company
Imagine after getting your booking confirm, they came back to you after one day to tell you that they cancelled your booking and issued you a refund!!! Although the British Airways was offering the ticket for the same price at the time I chose this company
I would recommend to book directly from the airline or using a company that respect the customer enough so that you would not experience such crap!
Booked a flight for September. Couldn't make it so cancelled it in may. Regardless of the refund (which is under half) i am still waiting for the money.
Last monday 16/06 - was told 5/7 days. After consenting for them to give me my money back was told 4-5 days.
6 days later and i am being told another 5-7 days.

Deceptive, unaccountable, and utterly untrustworthy – avoid at all costs
I would strongly advise anyone considering Travel Trolley to book elsewhere. My experience has been one of the most frustrating and deceptive customer service interactions I’ve ever dealt with.
I cancelled a United Airlines flight through Travel Trolley. They withheld part of my refund, claiming it was a “cancellation fee” charged by the airline. When I escalated the matter and arranged a three-way call with United Airlines, a United representative clearly confirmed that no cancellation fee had been applied, as the cancellation was voluntary.
The moment this was confirmed, the Travel Trolley representative on the call abruptly hung up. Since then, they have refused to:
• Provide a refund breakdown
• Share the fare rules (despite being contractually required to)
• Offer any accountability for the false claims made
They’ve cited “internal policies” to avoid transparency and repeatedly shifted the narrative from “cancellation fee” to “amendment fee” to evade responsibility.
Their behaviour has been evasive, inconsistent, and in breach of basic consumer protection. I have escalated this matter to my bank, the Financial Ombudsman, and Trading Standards.
There is absolutely no guarantee you will receive fair treatment, accurate information, or your money back if something goes wrong. You are left on your own.
Travel Trolley may seem cheaper on the surface, but the hidden costs, time wasted, and deliberate lack of accountability are not worth the risk.
Avoid this company entirely. Book direct or use a reputable agent that operates with honesty and transparency.
I called to cancel my booking. Andy dealt with my booking. I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service.
