Flight bookings are unreliable. Not at all satisfied with the customer service. Never ever booking any flight through them.
Norman called re our booking. He dealt with both my husband and I in a conference call. He Patiently explained about a better flight time. Gave an overview on what actions will be done. And kept in touch with us when he said he would. Lastly for Norman Happy Birthday for next month

Went through skyscanner and booked a flight to Thailand only to receive an email 7 hours later stating,Please be advised that your booking is not confirmed. Therefore, the refund has been processed, and the amount will be credited to your original form of payment within the next 48-72 banking business hours (International transactions may take longer than stipulated time).
Now i'm worried after reading other reviews on trustpilot that i'm going to struggle to get my money back.
This is the worst travel agent, Avoid it at all cost.
I bought a return ticket from them and used before i could return i had to change the travel date requested to extend date to atleast 10-15 days, i contacted them 12 days before flight and they gave me a shocking price to change the ticket, new ticket was worth 248£ and they asked me to pay 313£ to change existing ticket, their staff is rude non cooperative, they web chat does not work its run by pathetic people
Terrible service, terrible staff. I had a call with a customer service assistant on 16 Jun around 1.45pm regarding a cancellation of a flight. The adviser REFUSED to give me written confirmation to confirm it was cancelled and NO refund receipt. He then repeatedly spoke over me as I was trying to address why this isn't normal. The WORST company to book with. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE.
Misleading information given by customer service agents
I was given false and misleading about the refund amount for cancelling the tickets and later on when requested them to check the call recording, they mentioned that the calls are recorded randomly. Seriously???? Please don't trust what the customer service people share with you on the call as they might deny what they say and not keep upto their words.
Would not recommend. I booked return flights to Las Vegas through Travel Trolley having seen them being recommended via Skyscanner. The payment was refunded after them not being able to secure the flights. I was advised via email to rebook, which I did. In the meantime I heard nothing for 2 days so rang up and was advised I’d have the flight confirmation within 24hrs. Still nothing. The 2nd time I had rebooked, the flights couldn’t be secured - unsure as to why these were being advertised through their site still? I then was advised that I would be refunded within 48-72 hrs, there was no refund 5 days after this so I rang up again and after a long hold I was told I would receive the money in a few days time. I contacted my bank in the meantime to get the money back, in which they did. Throughout customer service was poor over the phone; struggling to find my booking & not being helpful in general. Rebooked the trip with Trailfinders - stress free, very helpful quick and efficient. They matched the flights I was after.

I contacted Travel Trolley and they assured me, that tickets would be issued with 96hours as stated in the original email.
As promised tickets arrived via email within 96 hours
Everything is fine. Smoth and clear booking process. All required info is provided before you pay. It was the best price as per Skyscanner. Ticket clearly states departure&arrival terminals, which helps you to plan your journey. Customer Service responds without delay (contacted just to verify it). Flights London-Bangkok and back.
