Norman called re our booking

Norman called re our booking. He dealt with both my husband and I in a conference call. He Patiently explained about a better flight time. Gave an overview on what actions will be done. And kept in touch with us when he said he would. Lastly for Norman Happy Birthday for next month

Highly recommend this company

Highly recommend this company. I booked 2 tickets via this travel trolly and after payments done within 20mints I have received my tickets. Customer service was really good. Andy was served me and he was very professional and guided to do all booking online. If anything wrong he was on the line and help me.i am really happy with there service. 😊

I can thoroughly recommend Travel Trolley

I needed to change my flight details and spoke to Norman who guided me through my options in a very friendly, processional and informative manner. The process took a minimal of time and I received all of the information by email immediately and made payment for the changes easily through the online portal. I can thoroughly recommend Travel Trolley and Norman was a great advert for the company.

Deceitful process

I was directed to Travel Trolley from Google Flights with a fare much lower than the competition. I booked online and my card was charged, but only when I received the immediate confirmation in my email was it made clear that the fare was not guaranteed and that it could take up to 48 hours to confirm. I waited 3 hours and then called as my flight was the next day. Travel Trolley checked and said they couldn't honour the original fare but offered an alternative which cost more than the others I'd seen with competitors when booking. I then cancelled the booking and they say my card will be refunded in a number of days. It seems Travel Trolley just lure customers in with cheap but fake fares and then try to sell the same fares as everyone else once they have you on the hook. This approach lacks integrity and is totally unfair to the consumer. I am reporting my experience to Trading Standards.

Strange procedures that are not clear…

Strange procedures that are not clear requiring website payments and then follow-up emails. Truly bizarre and unconventional. Then they try to bait-and-switch you onto a more expensive flight.

Cancelled booking when flight price increased

Took my money upon booking, then wrote two days later and said BA’s airfare had increased so they cancelled my booking. The refund would take 48 business hours to process (four calendar days due to intervening weekend). I called the call centre and they would not assist finding another airfare. Non-existent customer service.
