Norman called re our booking. He dealt with both my husband and I in a conference call. He Patiently explained about a better flight time. Gave an overview on what actions will be done. And kept in touch with us when he said he would. Lastly for Norman Happy Birthday for next month

Biggest scammers of all time they will…

Biggest scammers of all time they will take your money never issue u ticket or any confirmation email then after few days tell you prices gone up u either pay or take refund they doing this with everyone to make more money from people take them to court everyone do the same and complain about their scamm

Very fast and efficient!!!

I was a bit skeptical at first after seeing a few 1 star reviews, but the amazing deal convinced me to give it a go, and I’m so glad I did! Even though they mentioned a 48 hour window for confirmation, I received my e-ticket within minutes. I double checked the booking reference with the airline, and everything was perfectly in place! The only small downside was that the deal originally showed 40kg baggage, but the e-ticket shows 30kg. However, it wasn’t a big issue for me. The process was smooth, quick, and hassle free. Huge thanks for the excellent service. I’ll definitely be booking with them again! Highly recommended!

Tickets to Goa

Booked tickets for me and my husband in June for a wedding next week in Goa. 2 days ago I received an email to say to contact them regarding some changes. When I rang back I got the shock of my life when I was told that part of my journey flight (Mumbai-Goa) was cancelled and that they can put me on another flight with a 10 hour halt in between or I can get a full refund. I had paid extra when booking tickets for a 2 hour halt so wasn't happy to wait 10 hours and also missing part of the wedding festivities. I implored Taylor, who I spoke to, to please get me on an earlier flight if possible and was told I have to pay £75 each for an earlier flight through no fault of mine. Taylor's attitude was "take it or leave it" as only 5 seats are left and if i don't make a decision immediately those tickets will be gone as well. I refused to pay extra as its no fault of mine and have decided to go with the 10 hour halt. Its a con to get more money from the customers. If they can put me on a later flight at no cost, so why can't they give me earlier flight at no cost? PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE BOOKING WITH TRAVEL TROLLEY. ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES. NO CARE FOR THE CUSTOMERS AT ALL. Travel trolley is part of Southall travel who I was a regular customer for many years and never had any problem but please avoid them altogether.

Awful company. Awful customer service

Awful company Awful customer service. Had a flight change by the airline. This was communicated to travel Trolley by the airline. Travel Trolley didn't inform me. They agreed to refund the return flight. It's now been over 6 months with Travel Trolley now repeating the same automated response to every email. Never book via this company Update 09.02.25 Travel Trolley have responded noting that the refund has been issued which is true. However it would seem that the urgency to do this very conveniently coincided with my review on trust pilot. Prior to this there would be periods of 6-8 weeks without any communication what so ever. This has been going on since early JULY 2024. 7 months! I would still urge anyone never to book via Travel Trolley.

These guys must be deleting bad…

These guys must be deleting bad reviews! This is my second time being scammed by this company (my fault for going back). Whilst they state that the booking isnt confirmed until you are issues with your E tickets (after you have paid in full) they do not inform you that they have not been able to process your booking in a timely fashion. It was only after i called them did i find out that they could not honor the tickets i paid for as pricers had increased. Had i known this in a timely manner i would have gone elsewhere before prices had increased even further. It was only when i called that i instatigated the refundf process. So they take your money, find out that the tickets they advertised are not available, then you have to call to find this out and also try and get your money back! What is this business model? #Scam

Bait and Switch / Scammers

Booked an ticket as they were showing relatively cheaper price than their competators. Booked it and paid on friday, the following wednesday they call and tell me that the prices have changed and gone up by £198. I have to either pay the increment or ask for a refund, I decided to ask for a refund but am told that I have to wait 5 working days as the refund request will be registered in 48 hrs and then another 72 hrs to process the refund. I get it the airline price is dynamic but how can you advertise for a price x and ask for additional amount after taking payment from customers? Ps, I called the airline directly and they offered the exact same flight for £80 cheaper than what I initially paid. I feel angry and scammed, as I dont have the money to buy the ticket that I desperately need.
