Tickets to Goa
Booked tickets for me and my husband in June for a wedding next week in Goa. 2 days ago I received an email to say to contact them regarding some changes. When I rang back I got the shock of my life when I was told that part of my journey flight (Mumbai-Goa) was cancelled and that they can put me on another flight with a 10 hour halt in between or I can get a full refund. I had paid extra when booking tickets for a 2 hour halt so wasn't happy to wait 10 hours and also missing part of the wedding festivities. I implored Taylor, who I spoke to, to please get me on an earlier flight if possible and was told I have to pay £75 each for an earlier flight through no fault of mine. Taylor's attitude was "take it or leave it" as only 5 seats are left and if i don't make a decision immediately those tickets will be gone as well. I refused to pay extra as its no fault of mine and have decided to go with the 10 hour halt. Its a con to get more money from the customers. If they can put me on a later flight at no cost, so why can't they give me earlier flight at no cost? PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE BOOKING WITH TRAVEL TROLLEY. ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES. NO CARE FOR THE CUSTOMERS AT ALL. Travel trolley is part of Southall travel who I was a regular customer for many years and never had any problem but please avoid them altogether.
