Big thanks to Maisie Widdas who was out letting agent! She was very helpful throughout her time as our agent, and even more helpful when we were moving out. Very responsive and incredibly helpful in dealing with the return of our deposit. Dealing with letting Agency's can be dicey, but you'll be in good hands with Maisie!

Very poor online maintenance service

Very poor online maintenance service. Reported an issue with their online maintenance service at 6.33pm regarding a problem with front door barrel that will not open the door when I try to turn the key with the main entrance door to the building to my rental flat. I've been locked outside the building since I reported this issue 6.33pm and now it's 9.45pm. No contact has been made with me regarding this urgent issue. I'm a diabetic and because I can't enter my rental flat, I had to go to A and E at my local hospital to receive urgently medication for my diabetes. Someone is not doing there job properly! Why don't you have an maintenance telephone number for reporting maintenance, repair issues? Obviously you don't care that your tenants can't enter their flat!

Difficult Tenancy situation handled professionally by Chloe Jewel

After a difficult and very frustrating start with Thornley Groves our account was taken over by Chloe Jewel. From then on things became much more positive and finally reached a mutually satisfactory conclusion. Chloe was very friendly, understanding and professional in every respect. If you get a choice of who to deal with I'd say pick Chloe!

Fed up with poor service

Recently switched to another agent. Found the last few years the level of service has been poor. In the end I got sick of them making mistakes and arguing the toss with them and took my business elsewhere. Have been happy with new agent since making the switch and probably should have done it sooner. Not sure if the issue was with the wider management or the actual Property Manager, but either way I lost trust in them and left.

Maisie Widdas

Maisie Widdas is my property manager at Thornley Groves. She has always been very responsive and efficient when issues have arisen. She obtained quotes quickly for works that needed doing and arranged for them to be carried out by contractors in liaison with the tenants. She is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Maisie.

Excellent service from Thornley Groves

Excellent service from Thornley Groves, Fallowfield in finding tenants for our property. Particularly from Jess who from our initial phone call to finding the lovely group of tenants was superb, but also special mention to Nina whose communication skills were excellent. She kept us informed both by email and phone to update every step of the way, whilst obviously also doing a lot behind the scenes to ensure the students had completed all their paperwork and monies owed very quickly. Looking forward to continuing to work with them both going forwards! Thank you!
