Really pleased with the whole process…
Really pleased with the whole process of renting a flat. Staff were friendly and efficient especially Gabrielle who was reassuringly responsive to all my queries as the application process progressed and always found extra time to help me out with documentation. I would highly recommend Thornley Groves to anyone.

Scammers, be careful
Worst agency I’ve ever dealt with. Literally waiting over 50 days for my deposit to be returned. Keep hearing empty promises… Don’t trust this guys, you’ll never get your deposit back. It seems like as soon as you’re not their tenant anymore, they won’t care about any money they owe, they’ll just keep feeding you promises to return your money back until you just give up.
