Wonderful experience with Kelly M
We were shown around a couple of properties in Monton this morning by Kelly McDermott and it was a fantastic experience. From the first second, Kelly was so welcoming, down to earth and lovely. She gave us a thorough viewing of the property, answered all questions we had and even shared things we’d not noticed - we left saying we hoped we would view more with her personally if neither of these were the one! Big thanks for the kind experience!

Beginning tenancy experience
We had a great experience beginning our tenancy with Thornley Groves. Our agent, Alice Johnston was very friendly and super helpful with our requests and queries throughout our viewings referencing process. All of the documents we received were super thorough and particularly the inventory we found to be excellent. The only problems we encountered were with the use of the goodlord platform for completing some of our referencing, we found that as we sometimes did not fit into the online boxes that this caused some problems when completing various sections. With information about this being passed between a different agents, some confusion was caused during our referencing process. Despite this, overall, I would highly recommend Thornley Groves.

This time, we were especially fortunate to have the letting of our property managed by Vicky Kelly, who was outstanding throughout the process. Vicky worked diligently to overcome every obstacle, was highly responsive, courteous, and demonstrated a clear understanding of our concerns. She went the extra mile to ensure the tenancy was set up on time, minimizing any void periods, and her keen eye for detail was much appreciated.
