Excellent service from Thornley Groves, Fallowfield in finding tenants for our property. Particularly from Jess who from our initial phone call to finding the lovely group of tenants was superb, but also special mention to Nina whose communication skills were excellent. She kept us informed both by email and phone to update every step of the way, whilst obviously also doing a lot behind the scenes to ensure the students had completed all their paperwork and monies owed very quickly.
