Tea is tasty and customer service was very good. There was a delay in my order and it didn't arrive when expected, I contacted TeaPigs and they immediately sent out a replacement order. This was despite them dispatching it and the error occurring elsewhere in the delivery process.

Fantastic customer service, I had a problem with a few tea temples that had tears in them and they sent out a replacement with no fuss. Always friendly and there to help. The tea is the best I have ever tasted, my favourites are the earl grey strong and the chai tea, the flavours are phenomenal and a plus is that all their packaging is biodegradable and eco friendly. A* service and products.
I love their teas and it's so much cheaper to buy the loose tea from their website. However I am a subscriber who still needs to receive her second subscription..it's been postponed several times because one tea is always out of stock. Subscription services are actually advantageous for companies to manage their stock better but Teapigs still need to work on that. Customer service is always helpful the issues really is with management.
I bought the 12 tea selection box for my partner and one of the teas is the wrong one. It's only a little thing but it was the one that's missing that I really wanted her to try. It's disappointing.
Teapigs white tea is truly amazing, the other blends don't suit my personal taste. I've tried so many different brands of white tea but teapigs always wins and I order 90 bags a month. Good job Teapigs! Thanks Andy

Really dislike the junk mail! I am really frustrated with junk mail and some companies believe that by bombarding people, the recipients will somehow go out and by the products. That is such a mistake.

Be aware when you purchase the selection boxes priced at 17.99 that you only get 2 teabags per sample.In fact 2 of my samples had only one bag which makes these individual teabags very expensive! The amount of packaging used is also very unnecessary and wasteful.Would not recommend for the price - in my view style over substance.
Recently had need to speak to customer services in relation to a manufacturing issue and some empty ‘temples’ in the box. They were quick, responsive and very helpful. As a gesture of goodwill I received complimentary tea this morning...and not a small box either! Thank you, excellent service, and lovely tea!
Some of the best black tea in the business (Everyday Brew). It's almost addictive! I can't recommend it highly enough.
Teapigs are quite simply the best! The tea is fantastic, their ethics are amazing and more than anything else their customer service is fabulous. I had an issue with an order recently which Emma sorted within no time and sent out the correct items straight away. This is old fashioned, excellent customer service which is severely lacking in the retail industry these days! It's because of customer service like this that I keep coming back to Teapigs! Keep up the good work guys and never ever lose this quality!
I received a packet of tea with 15 bags and about 30% of the bags had minor tears that leaked when brewing the tea. Complained to the customer service and they provided me with the replacement tea plus extra to compensate. After a mis-hit with the delivery they re-sent the bags and I have just received them. Props to the customer service the responded almost immediately and were exceptionally helpful, specifically Emma who dealt with my case.

Each of the boxes I purchased should have had 2 Tea Temples however one of them only had one, with how expensive these are I would expect to at least get what I paid for. I wouldn't recommend you can get similar Teas of the shelf in supermarkets for half the price.

I was offered a 3 for 2 deal, I placed an order and got 2 items, I queried this and nobody has bothered to reply. I accept that things go wrong and mistakes are made, but would have expected to at least get a reply
