Amazing teas but subscription service needs work
I love their teas and it's so much cheaper to buy the loose tea from their website. However I am a subscriber who still needs to receive her second subscription..it's been postponed several times because one tea is always out of stock. Subscription services are actually advantageous for companies to manage their stock better but Teapigs still need to work on that. Customer service is always helpful the issues really is with management.
