Really impressed overall, cannot fault any aspect

My niece, to be, bought me some peppermint flavour tea from Teapigs and that was my first try. I have tried many peppermint teas, tbh, never been a huge fan, but these are so, so smooth, beautifully delicate flavour -without being too weak - I absolutely love them. It is my granddaughter's birthday, she loves lots of teas, so I have bought her the glass cup and saucer and some green teabags. They arrived today, the packaging is lovely and the cup and saucer are absolutely gorgeous. I am going to have to buy myself one. So, I highly, highly recommend Teapigs, I have seen a quite a few other flavours I would like to try too.....

I was given some from my friend in England and I was blown away by the busutiful aromas. I have the liquorice and peppermint and going and ordering the lemon and ginger. These products are far superior to your high street versions. Thank you

Excellent service, prompt delivery and beautiful tea. My favourite is the Darjeeling Earl Grey. I'm disappointed I took so long finding it. I could not recommend highly enough.

Literally blown away by how good the service was. Received a text with delivery time and date even the drivers name and product arrived well within the time specified. The tea is second to none, I have tried cheaper versions of the same flavours and they just come nowhere near. I have also been in contact with issues on occasions and they have been very polite, helpful and quick with replies. Absolutely no qualms.

I received the package to find that one of the teas that I ordered was wrong. Instead of receiving 15x rhubarb ginger I received 1x lemon ginger. It would be fine if they left a note in the box that they were out of stock with this and swapped it for lemon ginger but not 1 teabag if I ordered 15. Got in touch with customer service but they never got back to me. Will not order again until I know that their customer service actually cares about what their customers have to say to them.

This "Earl Grey" lacks any significant bergamot character. I refuse to drink this nasty tea ever again and will cease going to my tea store of 25 years if they continue to force it upon their customers.......THAT IS HOW NASTY IT IS‼️‼️‼️

Ordered a few items from their website and were delivered super quick and perfect condition. Only thing I would say is if you are not ordering much the postage is a little pricey! Great products though so did not mind paying!

If you like tea, you will love Teapigs - it's as simple as that! This is a company with credentials which are as green as their Matcha Green tea. Packaging is recycled, tea bags area biodegradable and they are Rainforest Alliance certified. However, being good to the environment is a nice "plus" but this is not the reason I buy Teapigs. I'm part of a family of tea addicts and we live on the stuff. Tea is the motor oil that gets our engines running, especially on these cold winter mornings. Teapigs are different from the top selling brands as they use real leaves inside their bags, not the "dust" we have become used to from the big names. The difference is remarkable and the taste is sublime. In addition to the every day "Morning Glory", there are a wealth of incredible flavour combinations. I'm happy sticking with the everyday tea while my wife and kids rave about the Peppermint tea, Popcorn Tea, Chilli Chai, Lemongrass and Chocolate Flake teas - to mention but a few of the amazing flavours available. I would urge any tea lovers to give Teapigs a whirl. Like me, I am sure you will be surprised at how much better tasting tea can be! The flavour takes me back to the days when my grandmother would make a pot of tea from loose leaves and then strain the tea into her finest porcelain cup and saucer. The big 21st century plus is the fact that we can now get that flavour in its own "tea temple" bag so no tea strainers are required. Finally, if that wasn't enough to convince you to give Teapigs a try, I needed to contact customer service last week. I sent an email and expected to wait the obligatory 3 days for a response. I had a reply within an hour which I assumed was an automated reply advising me someone would be in touch shortly. I was wrong. It was a response to my email from a lady named Becky. She was wonderful and resolved my minor issue immediately. I am quite a demanding customer but I was stunned by not only the speed of the response but the overall level of customer service. Very often, companies are so focused on their product, the environment and the customer are not given a second thought. I can honestly say, with Teapigs, the environment and the customer are given equal billing with their world class quality tea. I would recommend this company and their awesome product offering to anyone who loves a cuppa.

Although the tea is sold at a premium rate, an online voucher made these guys ideal for xmas presents. I received my order very quickly and the items were very well packaged, much better in fact than an order placed for some very high value electrical items. The product is amazing as well, the peppermint and chamomile are just great - and I don't even like chamomile tea! I bought a tub of macha green for my step mum who is recovering from two major surgeries and she feels great!

I have ordered some tea just before Christmas and wasn't expecting fast delivery as every shop is so busy in this period. But my order was dispatched the same day and delivered the next day, Just couldn't believe. Extremely efficient service. Highly Recommended. And the tea they make is so good, it's hard to describe. everybody should try it and they will never drink anything else especially that junk from supermarkets, even the expensive ones are not even half as good as teapigs.
