The everyday Brew I purchased was astounding, so much so I purchased a further 2 packs and the glass storage jar, so glad I found out about teapigs, if your a tea lover like me, you will absolutely love this brand. 10/10.
Excellent product together with excellent customer services
Great tea- good flavours and quality; the peppermint tea is one of my favourites and I have yet to find anything as strong and minty. Whilst the teas are admittedly on the steep side (I save my purchases for special treats) with rarely any good offers/ discounts, the customer service is awesome. I recently had an issue with some teabags I bought and they sent me out replacements with minimal hassle.

Ordered late on Friday and parcel delivered today with free delivery. As well as the great teas which I ordered, there were some lovely samples to try plus a great carry bag too.

I placed an order checking delivery first because i wanted them for a particular day. On ordering it said 3-6 days which meant they should arrive in time. Having not received them by the 6th day i called Teapigs helpline to be told they will not arrive for another 3 days because it means working days. Total delivery now being 9 days. I love teapigs tea but the service hasnt lived up to my expectations on this occasion.
I have a lot of respect for TeaPigs. I've drunk tea for as long as I can remember, and countless times over the years I've also been tasked with writing about it. I like to think I know my stuff, so it's always nice to see a tea company that operates in exactly the way I would hope. Their product is great, their service is top notch, and they produce what is easily the best black tea blend I've ever drunk (Everyday Brew). What more could you want?

Absolutely my favourite brand of tea. Their tea taste amazing, but the company is very environmentally friendly as well. I also love their playful image. Who doesn't love dogs? :) By the way, I placed my order at 8AM and they dispatched it at 8:30AM which really surprised me.

Absolutely terrible! Was given a discount code and used it. Code was accepted and showed amount of discount to be applied. Pressed the pay button and found it was not applied. Contacted support who point blank refused to help. Will NEVER be using Teapigs again. Shockingly bad service and they deserve to go bust!
