My tea bags arrived battered and pierced - not even sure I can safely use them and the other box is not presentable as a present at all. Terrible

Unfortunately I received everyday brew instead of my subscription of chai - in fairness the colours are close but the tastes are different I can now report the customer service has been superb and I am now in receipt of my subscription of chai , many thanks to Stephanie

Unfortunately I will not be in when APC plan to deliver my parcel. I've had to postpone having my parcel now until Wednesday when I know I can be around all day. I paid to have an overnight service that I have now had to override because they will not leave in a safe place. This is rediculous as most people will be at work and cannot be expected to be home to accept the delivery. Why not give the option of leaving in a safe place with the onus of responsibility with the customer?? I've now got to buy some tea bags to tide me over.

I informed teapots of my change of address on previous order which arrived no problem for some reason teapots have sent my most recent order to old address which is not good enough

Ordered tea on 9th November and still not arrived - it’s now 23rd. Avoid. Just use Amazon as they can at least fulfil their orders.

I was tracking the delivery, it was supposed to be delivered on the 13th October, last Friday, so we stayed in, it hasn’t been delivered yet and it’s the 15th. Very disappointed! I will have to go out to the shops today to buy some. I love these tea pigs and consume about 4 a day. Would suggest using a different courier!

THE BEST PEACH GREEN TEA EVER! I'm not a massive tea drinker but I love anything peach and this is the first tea that I will always have in my cupboard!! Get ittttttt.

Teabags came full to the top and some pretty much empty, the bags split and had holes in while using, message customer service and they are very helpful.

teapigs ORDER #776588 Not ordered from here in a while. Thought I'd go back as I'm a huge peppermint tea fan, getting back into my herbal loose tea, so I placed an order on the 31st August. Safe to say- its now the 3rd September and way past their delivery time. When it gets here the tea quality should be good but very disappointed it wasn't here for an afternoon tea party, when guests was expecting a good brew. Made me look bad. Still not arrived. Might go elsewhere next time What a shame.

The majority of the peppermint tea bags were split. Response from teapigs service was super quick and I provided the team with further info to help rectify the problem for other customers. I received a replacement box but given I went the extra mile to help this seemed a bit mean. Seems like split tea bags is a common complaint. I will not be buying again.

Only a fool would continue to use two addresses. Both the billing address and the delivery address are: 2 Welch Close, Axminster EX13 5GN. Do buck up! Most of East Devon awaits with interest as to where these tea bags might actually be delivered - not least, myself!

Asked to cancel not long after placing the order as the delivery time wasn't clear. A couple of hours later - so plenty of time to cancel - got a dispatch email.

Long time fan of the tea.. went to re up my order... And suddenly after going to pay, before I've entered or chosen how I wanted to pay.. I'm sent an authorisation code ..' is this you it seems ive been given a Shopify account.. something AT NO TIME DID I AUTHORIZE..them storing my card detail or give authority to open an account... This type of practice sucks and makes online shopping hazardous.. so GOOD BYE TEA PIGS

Went especially to a Sainsburys a good 15/20 minutes away to buy some Calm pyramid bags. Opened this morning and ever single one is split open. It's like they haven't been sealed correctly. I'm really disappointed about this, especially as it has taken me a while to track these down. I tried to send a webform but it didn't work.
