I've been booking my flights with Southall Travel for over 20 years now, and they've always delivered great service. This time, I worked with Norman, and I have to say – he was absolutely brilliant. I had quite a few changes and back&forth with my travel plans, but ahndled well. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Norman & team.

Unsatisfactory

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received from Southall Travel regarding a trip I booked with them back in November. I informed them within the next couple of months that I would have to cancel. I paid £1000 deposit and did not get a penny back for it they were very unprofessional when I asked them to help me out in someway for me to use the deposit on another flight but they were asking for a ridiculous amount of money on top. I chose this company based on their reputation for excellent customer service and well-planned itenary. I suggest you handle complaints from customers better and offer appropriate solutions! Overall my experience with Southall travel was highly unsatisfactory I expected a much higher level of service given the reputation and price point of your Agency.

Fantastic and personalised service!

I've booked two trips with Southall Travel since January 2022. Suparna was my agent and she is superb. It's not about just booking someone's holiday for her, she gives that personal touch - she really cares and remembers her customers. For Zanzibar I read a review saying people were being moved to another hotel. Suparna was so concerned, she immediately contacted the hotel to ensure this would not happen to us and assured me we were ok. When booking a holiday, Suparna at Southall travel is my only port of call all holidays booked via her have been so amazing.

We had booked tickets through Southall Travel, latter we found more cheaper price and requested to amend the tickets, which they have done. Mr Abhi did help us to solve the problem. He was very polite listening us very carefully and finally he solved the problem. Thank you Abhi

Dhruv gave great advice and help…

This is the second time I have used southall travel. This time we went Pune and Mumbai in India, Dhruv the agent helped me with my package he provided excellent advice on the hotels, the location were great and very convenient. The transfer agent we had was also a great choice they kept in constant contact and ensured we reached our location safely and in due course. Dhruv understood my needs and helped me to plan the itinerary and all went very well and smooth! And we had a great experience! Thank you Dhruv for all your help! Southall travel are lucky to have you! I will return back to you very soon for the next trip! :)

Lucas was truly outstanding in booking…

Lucas was truly outstanding in booking a ticket to india for a relative. We had some sad news and Lucas was so supportive and understanding he totally went over and above to get a ticket booked to where we needed. I will forever be grateful to this Wonderful Kind Amazing Soul to respect our grief and work his magic with Outstanding human skills to help us in our sad time. Avoid the managers

Avoid the managers - Raymond and Clive!! Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, lies followed by lies and more lies! Booked a holiday for next week and paid over the phone. Was told it had been finalised and I’d receive tickets the next day. Then the next day I got a phone call saying the holiday price had doubled so I would now need to transfer another £2k. Which of course I was shocked by an said no. They said they couldn’t do anything and I asked to speak to a manger. 12 phone calls , 6 emails and 12 hours later I’ve still not been able to speak to any manager. Keep telling me I’ll get a call back and no one ever calls. I’ve finally given up and asked to send my money back to me to which they’re now saying that will take 4 business days! I’m flying in 3 days so need my money back to book elsewhere. Absolute joke of a company, the agents lie about everything! Prices of holidays etc , they all tell fake names and lie about managers being in or gone home. Then promise a manager will call back just to get off the phone themselves. Honestly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with - missold me a holiday at completely fake price, took my money and now making me jump through hoops to get my money back
