I've been booking my flights with Southall Travel for over 20 years now, and they've always delivered great service. This time, I worked with Norman, and I have to say – he was absolutely brilliant. I had quite a few changes and back&forth with my travel plans, but ahndled well. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Norman & team.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received from Southall Travel regarding a trip I booked with them back in November. I informed them within the next couple of months that I would have to cancel. I paid £1000 deposit and did not get a penny back for it they were very unprofessional when I asked them to help me out in someway for me to use the deposit on another flight but they were asking for a ridiculous amount of money on top. I chose this company based on their reputation for excellent customer service and well-planned itenary. I suggest you handle complaints from customers better and offer appropriate solutions! Overall my experience with Southall travel was highly unsatisfactory I expected a much higher level of service given the reputation and price point of your Agency.

Very unprofessional and rude - I booked a return ticket to India via Saudi. Saudia Airlines informed Soutend travel about a flight cancellation on 21/11/23 and they failed to inform me on time, and informed me after 6 days. By that time, all the other suitable tickets were sold and I ended up waiting 10 hours in Saudi. I called Southall travels many times. Their reply was, 'sorry we can't do anything now', nothing beyond that. No help at all.

The staff is friendly helpful in sorting out travel on flights dates and get the best prices so less stress trying to book everything yourself it can be stressful. The beauty of Southall Travel is they have a deposit option for customer who cant afford to pay the flight all at once and they are done in instalment which is a great help to enable customer to travel and I have been using Southall for many years and always have the same excellent service from the staff. Keep up the good work and we will keep coming back to Southall.!

They booked a non-refundable ticket and did not inform the customer, although the customer told them they needed to change it sometimes. The ticket price was high, but we will get a cheaper rate than this if we book from the flight website. Please don't book any flight tickets with this travel agency.

Dear Sir/Madam, I called to book a flight to Pakistan, the price originally I was told was a little high but then one of your staff named Kelly was very helpful with getting me a good deal, in fact she did a price match of the flight with the Airline price.
