I've been booking my flights with Southall Travel for over 20 years now, and they've always delivered great service. This time, I worked with Norman, and I have to say – he was absolutely brilliant. I had quite a few changes and back&forth with my travel plans, but ahndled well. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Norman & team.
Vandana is an excellent travel Consultant. She has always dealt with our requests in a very prompt, timely and most effective way. She has always been polite and understanding of our flexibility in booking tickets. She is an absolute asset to the Southall team well done well Vandana.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received from Southall Travel regarding a trip I booked with them back in November. I informed them within the next couple of months that I would have to cancel. I paid £1000 deposit and did not get a penny back for it they were very unprofessional when I asked them to help me out in someway for me to use the deposit on another flight but they were asking for a ridiculous amount of money on top. I chose this company based on their reputation for excellent customer service and well-planned itenary. I suggest you handle complaints from customers better and offer appropriate solutions! Overall my experience with Southall travel was highly unsatisfactory I expected a much higher level of service given the reputation and price point of your Agency.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Patricia few years ago when booking a family holiday. Since then she has become my go to person whether booking a holiday or just flights. She deals with integrity,honesty and is extremely helpful. When things went wrong at my end,she stepped in providing alternative solutions and made the whole experience extremely comforting and caring in view of my circumstances. I can’t praise her enough. This is my second 5* review about Ram at Southall travels. I will write again and again about the service that Ram has provided during the booking of our tickets. He has also helped my friend to book emergency tickets. The great thing as why we reach out to Ram every time is his extreme level of patience and to make the customer less stressed. He will look into each and every option and gives us the best deal , options and advice. This makes our travel much enjoyable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are thieves and steal money from their customers! I paid a £150 deposit in good faith, which I was told was refundable should I not wish to go ahead my booking. I ended up booking tickets myself and they refused to give me my money back. I lodged a complaint and despite having evidence and their calls being recorded, they fobbed me off and keep telling me they will sort this out and get back to me. This has been going on for the last 6 months. Southall Travel are thieves and liars and should be ashamed of themselves. In response to the below from Southall Travel, I have provided you with my complaint reference number, which should be sufficient. Clearly it is not! The reference I was given via email when I stupidly paid you a deposit is: #1790-6673 and this was paid to you on 18.08.23. It has still not been returned to me despite this being promised (which you will see from the recorded calls). Again, my complaint reference number is: NS1589. I called your office again last week and spoke with Max. He said he’d call me back shortly but of course never did. This company is an absolute disgrace. I am getting legal advice and have also advised my credit card company.
