DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY LIE AND STEAL
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are thieves and steal money from their customers! I paid a £150 deposit in good faith, which I was told was refundable should I not wish to go ahead my booking. I ended up booking tickets myself and they refused to give me my money back. I lodged a complaint and despite having evidence and their calls being recorded, they fobbed me off and keep telling me they will sort this out and get back to me. This has been going on for the last 6 months. Southall Travel are thieves and liars and should be ashamed of themselves. In response to the below from Southall Travel, I have provided you with my complaint reference number, which should be sufficient. Clearly it is not! The reference I was given via email when I stupidly paid you a deposit is: #1790-6673 and this was paid to you on 18.08.23. It has still not been returned to me despite this being promised (which you will see from the recorded calls). Again, my complaint reference number is: NS1589. I called your office again last week and spoke with Max. He said he’d call me back shortly but of course never did. This company is an absolute disgrace. I am getting legal advice and have also advised my credit card company.
