I've been booking my flights with Southall Travel for over 20 years now, and they've always delivered great service. This time, I worked with Norman, and I have to say – he was absolutely brilliant. I had quite a few changes and back&forth with my travel plans, but ahndled well. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Norman & team.
Vandana is an excellent travel Consultant. She has always dealt with our requests in a very prompt, timely and most effective way. She has always been polite and understanding of our flexibility in booking tickets. She is an absolute asset to the Southall team well done well Vandana.
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received from Southall Travel regarding a trip I booked with them back in November. I informed them within the next couple of months that I would have to cancel. I paid £1000 deposit and did not get a penny back for it they were very unprofessional when I asked them to help me out in someway for me to use the deposit on another flight but they were asking for a ridiculous amount of money on top. I chose this company based on their reputation for excellent customer service and well-planned itenary. I suggest you handle complaints from customers better and offer appropriate solutions!
Overall my experience with Southall travel was highly unsatisfactory I expected a much higher level of service given the reputation and price point of your Agency.
Not recommended at all , They want the customer to book the ticket at any trick , after that they do not care about the customer at all specially their costmer service staff
We wanted to book a holiday on Sothall travel, we spoke to Basu, he increased the price by £300, but in the end we agreed on a price, then he sent this offer to our email, the price was another £700 higher and Basu never called back. Complete ignorance and waste of our time. Don't be fooled, this looks like a scam.
I wasn’t able to travel for my mum’s funeral due to covid restrictions. Southall travel did not want to refund the unused ticket so I claimed the monies back from the credit card. They threatened, intimidated, bullied and took me to court. They hassled and harassed me a OAP for 4 years as they wanted me to pay them the monies I claimed from the credit card. The judge dismissed the case and granted me the expenses for the day. I know my consumers rights, if this wasn’t the case this travel agent would have filled their own pockets with free monies! Evan has been a pleasure to speak with. I had to reschedule my flights and he went all the way to find me the cheapest option available and dates. Within minutes he finalised the trip and secured me the itinerary. I highly appreciate his polite efficient approach. He is an asset to Southall travel.
