Such poor customer service we received…
Such poor customer service we received from last few years. They charged so much when we changed ticket in January even though it was not busy time. We have always used this travel agent since we moved to uk but their service is becoming more poor and their agents are very rude and talk with so much attitude. After many calls I am still waiting for them to call to rebook the cancelled flight and if I call to find out how long will it be, they get so annoyed at us saying we have to wait. First of all they didn’t even inform about the cancelled flight, we checked online status and we found out that the flight got cancelled. We called them for an update on that then they told us that other team will call to rebook the ticket but it still didn’t happen and I have been waiting since morning. I don’t normally do reviews but I had so bad experience recently with these people.
