I booked a BA flight through Southall…

I booked a BA flight through Southall Travel which was cancelled by BA. Southall Travel agreed I should be refunded and kept saying that BA hadn’t refunded them which I don’t believe as BA refunded me in two days for seat upgrades I had paid directly to the airline. Southall Travel hung me out for exactly 30 working days despite many phone calls and even after they admitted they had received the refund still took a week and half to get the money back to me. I have used them many times to book flights to India on business over the years but after this experience NEVER AGAIN. They were really unhelpful on the phone and at times verging on pretty rude and patronising. Emails they sent more polite. I read on Google that their CEO has a personal fortune of £298,000,000 and that they are opening offices in Mayfair - in which case their service should be much better. Probably not paying their workers properly I wonder? Hmmmmmm I will book direct with airlines in future
