I've been booking my flights with Southall Travel for over 20 years now, and they've always delivered great service. This time, I worked with Norman, and I have to say – he was absolutely brilliant. I had quite a few changes and back&forth with my travel plans, but ahndled well. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Norman & team.
Vandana is an excellent travel Consultant. She has always dealt with our requests in a very prompt, timely and most effective way. She has always been polite and understanding of our flexibility in booking tickets. She is an absolute asset to the Southall team well done well Vandana.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received from Southall Travel regarding a trip I booked with them back in November. I informed them within the next couple of months that I would have to cancel. I paid £1000 deposit and did not get a penny back for it they were very unprofessional when I asked them to help me out in someway for me to use the deposit on another flight but they were asking for a ridiculous amount of money on top. I chose this company based on their reputation for excellent customer service and well-planned itenary. I suggest you handle complaints from customers better and offer appropriate solutions! Overall my experience with Southall travel was highly unsatisfactory I expected a much higher level of service given the reputation and price point of your Agency.

We have always delt with Southall Travels for our India Trips. Always been a great experience. This time we spoke to an agent called Karan Bali, who was definitely the most helpful agent one could ask for. He was extremely patient, extremely helpful, was happy to answer as many questions as we had. Even though the call took a while due to our questions of different flight details not even for a second did he ever show any kind of irritation in answering our queries. A full 10/5 star for Karan. I have been dealing with Norman over the past 16 years now booking for extended/family & friends holidays, flights etc He passionately cares by providing a remarkable professional service where you don’t feel robbed or pressurised in making any decision. Norman provides so many options and solutions around suitability of hotels, availability, date changes to ensure best price for our annual trips which was booked for Dubai today. . Within 24 hours hotel was booked for 5 people with the cheapest price having done extensive research myself. The only reason why I book with Southall Travel is not because of the company but because of Norman and the trust and confidence I have forged with him.

Much as expected ST have responded to this review via TP and have suggested I get in touch with them via email. What a joke ! Just an opportunity for them to big themselves up and look as if they give a ****. They have my mob phone number and my personal email address - either of which they could use to contact me. But I'm not holding my breath. Took time out to call in person at the ST office and gave the rep an outline itinerary for an upcoming once in a life time trip to South Africa. He said he would pass the enquiry to their SA expert. Having not heard anything a week later I emailed to ask if they were on the case. Got an email reply asking us for a flight number or holiday booking reference. Replied to explain that this was an initial enquiry and we don't have a booking or ref number. Get 2nd email pretty much asking the same - at which point we gave up. Suspect the response to email may be AI ... or if it was a real human then they just couldn't be bothered. We suspect ST are only interested in selling flights. Very disappointed.

We recently booked two full holidays with Southall Travel. The advisor Omar took him time to listen to all our requirements, give us all the different options that suited our ideas and helped us make an informed choice. He even managed to get some further discounts. The first of the holidays went like a dream - we thoroughly enjoyed it. We are looking forward to the second one.
