I've been booking my flights with Southall Travel for over 20 years now, and they've always delivered great service. This time, I worked with Norman, and I have to say – he was absolutely brilliant. I had quite a few changes and back&forth with my travel plans, but ahndled well. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Norman & team.
Vandana is an excellent travel Consultant. She has always dealt with our requests in a very prompt, timely and most effective way. She has always been polite and understanding of our flexibility in booking tickets. She is an absolute asset to the Southall team well done well Vandana.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received from Southall Travel regarding a trip I booked with them back in November. I informed them within the next couple of months that I would have to cancel. I paid £1000 deposit and did not get a penny back for it they were very unprofessional when I asked them to help me out in someway for me to use the deposit on another flight but they were asking for a ridiculous amount of money on top. I chose this company based on their reputation for excellent customer service and well-planned itenary. I suggest you handle complaints from customers better and offer appropriate solutions! Overall my experience with Southall travel was highly unsatisfactory I expected a much higher level of service given the reputation and price point of your Agency.

5 stars - more if it were possible. Excellent customer service from Sammy who helped us book a holiday. No nonsense offering us exactly the holiday/flights we wanted at a good price. We asked a number of times to change dates and other items on our quote / this being offered by Sammy with no problem whatsoever. Will use again. KS

They are not a client friendly and I lost £1000 while reissuing the ticket.. they always talks about their policy and not ready to help at any circumstances. Please don’t go with SOUTHALL travels .. big cheaters

Very good experience with Southall travel, Dhruv was very helpful, the only thing I wasnt happy about is slight price increase at the time of booking which is not amazing, but in general all is good, worth to mention that they have have 24 hours customer support line, not as big giants like Tui when you need to wait ages to get connected. Just to advice to challenge original quote in case it will go up. Thank you.

I have never used SOUTHALL travel before, but I was really struggling to book a holiday to Dubai in a certain hotel and my usual go to travel agents advised that the hotel was full and no availability for my room category! When I searched SOUTHALL travel came up and within 15 min of being on the phone to Angela she had me booked and in the hotel I wanted with the room I wanted at an incredible price. I will not definitely use them again, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.
