I compared your costs on tariff So chestnut but when I decided to renew this traffic was not available . I had to choose the So clove tariff which will cost me more tan I had planned Why was the so chestnut tariff removed ?

Annoyed 1.by your recent repeated insistence that I top up my account when it was briefly in debit, Yet you hold money in the account for many months of the year. This is the point of an unvarying direct debit. 2. by unilaterally raising the direct debit. I am a loyal customer and this made me really think twice about renewing.

Beware they use third party sites to sign people up without their permission. This company needs to do more to stop these rogue practices.

I was charged £972 for a 3-month period. I lived alone and worked 9am to 6pm. I complained that there was an error as I had noticed that the amount included the bill of the other flat. This company refused resolving it. They rather opted to chasing me around with different debt collection agencies and threatened me with court proceedings. I spoke to different customer service agencies and nobody helped. Another one threatened me that they would contact my employer to collect it from my pay and he would ensure it affects my credit score. It's been 3yrs since I moved out and up until yesterday, I was still chased by debt collectors to pay almost £1000 or be taken to court.
